I imagine the wrestlers do a lot of it but he's probably the AEW equivalent to head of creative.

Apparently he’s going to do commentary for their new “Elevation” show, but he’s also expected to wrestle at some point as well (from what I’ve read).

This women’s eliminator tournament has been an absolute mess. The booking was ridiculous through and through. With Serena Deeb, Tay Conti, Brit Baker and Anna Jay to choose from, they go with ANOTHER Japanese wrestler that doesn’t speak English and who hasn’t been on AEW TV in two years. Why should anyone care about her?

It’s my understanding that Omega has a huge role in the women’s division and it’s been a colossal flop. Khan is somewhat to blame as well for okaying preposterous decisions like this as well.

Kudos to Shaq - that was a surprisingly entertaining match. He got in decent shape, and he executed a good looking power-bomb. And going through 2 tables was a wow moment. He obviously trusted Cody.

I enjoyed Shaqs match. He always knew how to tell a story and be charismatic so I'm not surprised that he can do well in there. I just hope they don't have him and Paul Wite go one on one. Probably will but something tells me that wont go well. It's better for Shaq to face guys smaller than him so that he can actually use his strength to his advantage.

If he faces Big Show it'll be a challenge for both of them to try to be able to lift each other throughout however long such a match would last.

Sooooo who is this major HOF level talent Big Show was teasing is signing with AEW at the PPV this weekend?
Brock? Punk? Angle? RVD? Christian?

Tully Blanchard was awesome for an elderly man still moves the same way lol

Shaq was great can't add much more then what's already been said...

Loved the creative "No BS" shirt

Completely forwarded the Nyla Rose match and not complaining with to much Wrestling on
during the week already I like that they have matches that you can skip through and make the
shows shorter.

Punk denied everything on twitter already.

Nakamura and Keith Lee are some of the names whos WWE contract is expiring soon. It be nice to see them make the jump. Especially Nakamura who could be used much better else where at this point.

I think Keith should consider it too tbh.

Christian seems like the best of the choices. I wouldn't be surprised if it's Angle. No to Punk, but could it be AJ Lee?

I'll be pretty disappointed if it's Angle. He could barely move in his last few matches in WWE. That's not magically going to change.

Ok, I think it's gonna be Aleister Black - hopefully accompanied by Thea Trinidad - who played AJ Lee in "Fighting with my family".

I'm surprised Zelina Vega hasn't showed up yet her 3 month no compete clause since she got fired should be up
by now and god knows that AEW Womens division could use all the help it can get.

As for Aleistar would love to see him in AEW eventually in the clip though Tony Khan says it's one of his favorite
wrestlers of all-time. I'm guessing it's gonna be another old guy that might be able to work a few matches.

One person it better not be is Big Show announcing it's himself.

I wonder it it'll be someone from Japan - perhaps to make Kenny Omega happy. Probably not. I'm sure they'd love to get Christian, but guessing he won't do it.

Christian and Nakamura just signed new deals with WWE. I'll be pretty upset if it's Angle. I'm hoping it's Punk. Expecting it to be Foley.

Lesnar would be awesome. Just lean in to the fact that he doesn’t care about wrestling. Have him cut promos highlighting the fact that he doesn’t know what AEW is and have him brag about collecting checks to barely do anything.

I have a friend who's convinced it's Big Show and if it is man will the internet break and AEW will get flamed hard lol

I never thought about anyone from Japan is the Great Muta still active?

It's pretty sad that Vince has done such a poor job making new stars the last 10-15 years that there isn't many names
out there that could be a big exciting surprise and if it's another old fossil it will be a cheap pop at first and excitement
will die down quickly.

Also I thought AEW always does their PPVs on Saturday Nights? why would they go head to head with the NBA
All-Star game?

As for Christian being signed with WWE I just saw this tweet...
