We're back in the days of when we had to play Damon Jones and Erick Strickland.

Just don't see a pathway trade to a real upgrade given our lack of assets and hard cap.

Brook to Kings
Satoransky and Whiteside to Bucks
Bagley to Bulls

Why are the Kings giving up their starting PF for a different backup center?

Giannis in all star interview said that last year spent a lot of time with lowry...

DDV is not “thee” problem, nor really a big problem at all. He’ll never be Klay, Wade, Manu, or Kobe.

IF he were Danny Green, he’d be great. Of course, Danny Green is a longer, better, more versatile defender, is a MUCH better/more consistent shooting threat, and doesn’t do stupid stuff that is beyond his skill set.

Maybe DDV settles in a bit and becomes that guy. He’s not too far off.
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

DDV has had inconsistent scoring nights but the rest of his game has been there almost every night. He can guard, he can pass, he can rebound, and he's a good 3 point shooter. Good athlete. To say he's not starting caliber is only looking at ppg. The net rating with him on the floor and Lopez off shows who the real issue is.

Sign Cousins/Dedmon or trade a SRP for Len. Still room for 1 more buyout and hope Diakite can provide solid minutes and continue his success from the G-Leauge.

Holiday - Ntilikina - Merrill
DDV - Pat - Forbes - (2)Powell
Middleton - Oubre Jr - Nwora
Giannis - Paschall - Thanasis
Portis - Cousins/Dedmon - Diakite
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

But the PPG is a direct result of the inconsistency in shooting and ability to finish. He shot 36.9% from the field in the month of January and then brought that up to 43.8% on February. His future is determined by which player he is. He's got to be the 44% guy going forward.

Showing how all of those teams either had bigger star's and required less from the 2 spot than we have...or had different players actually at SG than you stated. At least be truthful when typing out a narrative like that.
good job with all those key strokes without actually reading my post champ.

"Someone should do the starting 2 guards on the last 10-15 championship teams" Read the post, thought it looked like an odd list.
Sorry for offending you with the accurate list.

Those aren't my words Kyrie.

He's already established himself as a very valuable player. His future pay-size might be in the air if that's what you mean. He's in no danger of having to brush up on a foreign language.

We wouldn’t have much of a roster left after this but it looks like the salary works (with a bit of cushion under the hard cap to fill out the roster) fwiw:

Bucks trade: Donte, BroLo, Connaughton, Augustin, Wilson

Raptors trade: Lowry

Lol, but your list was in response to those words, and your list was 60% wrong. I mean, having the balls to list Derek Fisher/Mario Chalmers as the starting SG's when they played with Kobe/Wade in an effort to paint DDV as better than the starting SG's of the last 10 championship teams...hilarious.

He should be a guy Milwaukee looks to extend. Could be a major value deal with a leap I think he could make with a full offseason.

Why have we not talked to Jock Landale? He's taking 4 3's a game and hitting at 43%. No idea if that translates to the NBA but Chuck has probably died of excessive masturbation at this point.

I think improving on Donte at SG is a small concern for the Bucks compared to figuring out their defense. Basically you gotta find someone to replace Brook so they can abandon the drop defense when it's being exposed. Also they need to get a guard/wing to replace the trash we've been playing (Augustin/forbes/pat).

The problem is to accomplish that you may need to trade Donte since he's the only asset that might make it happen.

People who want to demote Donte for a better player and people who want to keep Donte and upgrade his backups have no substantial disagreement. In both cases the real issue is bad backcourt minutes, and those are not typically coming from Donte.

The keys to a great team are 1) a few great players and 2) no bad players.

ok dude you either can't or won't apply any reading comprehension but is the internet so acting as ignorant as possible is a legit debating tactic. Good luck in your future interactions.

Projection at it's finest. Talk about ignorance. There was nothing of substance that changes that list or the meaning of that list in your post.
*
Bradley/KCP and Green were the 3 and D guards starting last year he's better than all three
Harriosn Barnes was the role player although a SF, teams put their worst guard on him so this basically holds.
So basically what the anti-Donte guys actually mean is that he isn't a starting calibre player on the Curry/Durant/Klay Warriors.

Which part of those notes am I miscomprehending? I don't see how any of these comments justify lying about 6/10 starting SG on your list.

Sure. Think what I'm going for is that "shooting guard" isn't the question as much as 4th/5th best offensive starters.
