Don’t know...

BG might have been faking the issue in Detroit to get that buyout. We will see when he starts playing like a healthy player.

The middle ground is what still makes the Nets more stacked than they were before. Their only weaknesses are lack of depth and defense/rebounding. They helped address one of those issues.

Don’t love this as a Philly fan. In my head our chances of winning a series went from 40% to 35%. Hopefully we can acquire a guard and shift those odds.

The Raptors beat the Warriors when they technically had 6.

I still love seeing Nic Claxton and Bruce Brown in their current roles but Griffin adds a 6’10 stretch C who can handle the ball and pass it at a high rate. He’s a triple double threat at the Center spot regardless and that isn’t something we’ve ever had.

Nets aren’t done making moves.

I don't see how this is relevant as both will be role players whilst CP3 is still doing his thing by being the far better player.

Love this move.

To those saying this doesn’t help Brooklyn...does it hurt them? The answer is no. Love this move for BK.

Blake doesn't really help with defense or rebounding though, and while he can be a contributor, he still has to earn playing time over the likes of Jeff Green (who is having a very good season) and Claxton (who just came back and looks great).

Correction, he's done as one of the main options for a team but he's far from done as a nba player. Please remember your statement when he looks great as a supporting player. He's always been an underrated passer so he'll fit in great.

There is no correction here. The Nets deathball lineup will most certainly consist of Durant/Harris/Kyrie/Harden... and they need another Big, and Blake simply can't play Center because he is like 6'9 with shot knees... He was never even an elite defender in his prime, let alone now.

Griffin seems like one of the worst fits possible. Horrible defensively (which is what Brooklyn needs the most, by far). Offensively he's not a good shooter and his passing isn't good enough to really justify using him as some sort of passing hub when you have Harden on the team who is one of the best volume playmakers in NBA history, and Kyrie and Durant who are plenty capable in that regard as well, certainly more than Griffin...

There's only 72 games this season plus they're already lost 13.

Becoming a legend means overcoming difficulty, not playing with 3 mvps in their prime, multiple other all stars in prime, dpoy in prime, and elite bench guys

He will never have one of those all time legendary moments, such as Lebron in 2016, Hakeem in 1995, Dirk in 2011, 2003 Duncan

He has also capped himself at 1 mvp, he had/has the talent to be a top 5-10 guy, but he will never be there with 1 mvp and no legendary moments

You haven't watched Blake much the last 2 years if you think this move makes the Nets OP.

For better or worse, the Nets are getting Pistons-era Chris Webber.

And yet LeBron tried to get Kawhi to join him last year.

LeBron also wants to make super teams. Durant is just better at it.

The Nets could start you at center and be golden.
