Looks like Chris created some buzz!! You know he solidified the fact that he still has it with the show he put on. I wouldn't be surprised to see some fans throw out a few win now sell the farm suggested trades to pry our POINT GOD away!!

Re: CP3 news and highlights
CP3 was amazing in the ASG. Anyone watching could see the difference from the very loose play that the starters were playing, then the moment CP3 entered all of a sudden it resembled an actual NBA game. There was structure, actual plays, strategy, it was amazing the difference. He was hooking everyone up, and controlling the game. at halftime he had 12 assists and was tied with 2 other players (Both Bigs) for the most rebounds (5). Some people on twitter were pissed off and hella salty because he was playing actual defense in the ASG, it was hilarious. Fanboy whining that "Nobody is watching to see a 35 year old steal the ball and stop guys from attacking the rim". He played great. Had the highest +/- in the game with a +24, i was hoping he would net a triple double but his shot wasnt falling late in the game and he gave up on scoring. Still ended up with the 2nd most rebounds (8), only losing out to Kawhi with 9.
Hell of a turnout for him. Point God.

I didn't watch last night closely but I remember in last year's game, in the 4th quarter when it came down to who won, it was extremely intense, and they put their best players in, and this included CP3, and he was a beast, especially defensively. Everyone was. Giannis D was crazy too.
But it shows the level of defensive intensity CP3 can have in a playoff series. It's huge. If everyone can turn it up a notch if we make the playoffs defensively, particularly to cover for Book on that side, it will be nice, and CP3 will be a great example for the team.

He dunked on Dwight Howard or Shaq way back in his first few years in the league. He’s always had like sneaky hops.

He plays and talk like a guy that will retire after next season.
First triple-double as a Sun tonight and 6th player in the history of the league getting to 10K assists.

Re: CP3 news and highlights
What amazes me the most about CP3 is how great he is on defense at his small size and old age.
He is always in the right place at the right time and he knows exactly when he needs to be aggressive to steal the ball.
He makes no mistakes out there and plays hard every single time. He communicates a lot and makes everyone next to him a better defender.

Yeah, one of the best surprises for me in the season. I feared that he would drop off a cliff (I still have some of those fears to be honest), but it's quite the opposite, a bit like good red wine, getting better with age.

Re: CP3 news and highlights - New Poll
Interesting poll
Both Nash and Kidd started to fall off more noticeably at around the age 37 mark but for different reasons. I think Kidd's decline started earlier but also less noticeable than most player's decline which usually falls off a cliff in a 2-3 year period. He was helped by reinventing himself as a somewhat reliable shooter towards his last few seasons. I also think after he finally won a ring, he took his foot off the gas a bit. He was also a superman in terms of durability, the guy played 80+ games in 10 of his 19 years in the league.
With Nash, I don't think his abilities saw a massive decline but was hampered significantly by the Lakers system and injuries. As he never really relied on pure athleticism or physical abilities, his game aged fairly well. To play into his late 30's is pretty remarkable for someone like him who had dealt with back issues his entire career.
As for CP3, injuries are going to be his issue. Again, elite athleticism isn't his game so he's not relying on being faster or jumping higher to do great things.

Amazing player. ALL TIME GREAT.
How many times he has needed to prove people wrong? He ALWAYS has been clutch and has played as one of the best PGs ever.
So many **** around here comparing him to Ricky Rubio (I can not believe it yet) or saying that he was old, overpaid, small, injury prone and a lot of more ****...
COME ON NOW!!!!!
Big props to him. I am really proud to watch a unique player like him as a Sun. So special.
