Sabonis is on a bargain contract for his production. I think realistically all of these teams could say no for a swap of their player on this list for another team's player on this list, so at this point, I think contract is the main factor separating them. Also, I don't see the votes for George. His contract isn't any better than Gobert's (it's actually larger) and Rudy has a bigger impact on winning (but you'll notice I'm also not voting for him).
