I could definitely see us losing here. Knicks play hard and will probably want it more.

Hopefully Kyrie and Harden shut it down.

This is a game where the KD mismatch really helps.

on the plus side, no Mitchell Robinson for them, and he has really been a thorn in our side as a defensive presence.

Harden needs a bounce back game. Kyrie and company cant repeat that shooting night. We cant get off to a poor start either, cause they will grind for all 48.

play 48 minutes hard, Harden bounce back game, we get a W.

I think that our veterans get it. The can say "it's just another game" to the media, but they know it means more to the franchise and the fans. We have the upper hand, we have to keep it.

Julius is playing with a ton of confidence. We have no one (healthy) player equipped to stop him for 36 minutes, so the key will be to throw different looks at him. Send a double if he spins middle, and hope their corner shooters have an off night.

On our end, the Knicks have a defensive 3pt% that many statisticians call fluke-y. I'm not so sure, I think that Thibs is just THAT good at teaching defense. I expect Joe and Landry to suffer from long range. We're gonna need a consistent effort from KAI and James to dribble drive and either pocket pass, alley oop or force fouls. Preferably more than one at a time. If we can bait them into an And1 or two off of a 3pt shot as well, that will discourage their aggressive perimeter defense.

From there, if we take care of the ball and play our game, it's a comfortable W for Brooklyn. If we allow their ball pressure to rattle us, if they out-rebound us and dominate fast break points, we're in for a dogfight. I have faith in us. Go Nets!

We get up for prime time games. They also know its inter city thing for sure. I hope for a blow out but these bums will come out to play. This is their PO, they know they won't make it with Indy getting Caris back and TJ coming back in a few.

the Knicks are like how the Nets were a few years ago: not super talented, but if you don't bring your A game you will get beat.

I want Harden and Kyrie to tear them apart. Set the tone and make them feel the inferiority.

Not a good start, there's a lack of intensity on defense end, and close outs haven't been good at all.
