LaMelo has been great. And he clearly has the highest ceiling of any player from last year's draft class. But I'm still pulling for Ty Haliburton to steal the Rookie of the Year crown...and title of best playmaker from the 2020 draft.

Marvin Bagley fractured his left hand during Monday's game vs. Charlotte.

It's an unfortunate development for Bagley, who had picked up steam in February with 15.2 points and 7.3 boards per game. He fractured the fourth metacarpal in his left hand, which means his timetable will likely be measured in weeks. Richaun Holmes will get all the run he can handle at center, especially while Hassan Whiteside (protocols) is out, and it will be interesting to see if the Kings change their tune about trading Nemanja Bjelica. They started Tyrese Haliburton for the second half tonight and could also opt to go smaller in Bagley's absence. Fantasy managers should stash Bagley in an IR spot if possible, and if not just bench him while we await an update from the Kings.
