I was (half) kidding; Miami won't fire Spoelstra. However, I think this is a coaching issue.
On JJ Redick's podcast, Duncan Robinson basically said Spoelstra basically asked him to just chuck up as many 3s as possible and not do much else. I would imagine Bam has been told to concentrate on other aspects other than scoring.
No team has proven to be quite as offensively-challenged as Miami despite having significantly worse rosters. There is no reason Miami should be 27th in scoring, I don't care who has missed time. Detroit scores more per game than Miami!
To score under 90 points is basically the equivalent of going an entire quarter without scoring in today's game. You have to be awful to do that and Miami has done that now 6 times this season. For comparison, Detroit has only scored under 90 in 1 game, Houston (with all its injuries and trades) has not failed to score 90 in a game, Cleveland (lowest scoring team in the league) has failed to score 90 in 5 games.

We are but we’re so bad without Jimmy it’s tough to lose a winnable game with him.
