4 of these players were top 10 picks. 5 in total were lottery picks. 5 were outside of the lottery. One is undrafted, another picked at 52, and another at 30. Yeah that's a weak draft. Glad we didn't tank last year like some wanted.
How is TD looking this year?
These are 19 and 20 year olds who have had varying degrees of success, but virtually all of them have shown incredible potential. If you don't think any of the top 5 prospects from that draft wouldn't be difference makers for the Raptors going forward I don't know what to tell you.
There shouldn't even be a comparison with an undrafted player. I personally don't think first year results say much about how good of a draft year is. But if I have to, looking at that top 10 compared to other years this is pretty gross.
