It's the NBA, it happens. Especially since you know they've been losing and have lost 2 games against us already. They were gonna come in extra motivated.

Doesn't change the fact that we're still 14-2 in our last 16 games, with a still winnable game against Washington coming up. And we owe them some revenge. Then the marquee matchups with Portland and Utah after, I expect our A games against both of those teams, cuz that's what we tend to do.

Nash did his best... to help orlando win by making 0 adjustments and putting our players in the worst position to succeed. if he makes even the most basic obvious adjustments, maybe we still lose, but we had 0 shot with him making none.

It doesnt matter if "we owe the wizards". we owed the pistons and it didnt matter. orlando was on the second of a back to back after a drag em out with the knicks and it didnt matter. Nash is putting us in the worst spot every single night. and its costing us. if harden and kyrie dont go off to bail him out, we lose.

None of this is true. He made adjustments throughout the game and we were getting open shot after open shot. And we were contesting their shots way better, they just kept making them.

There's just nothing you can do when a team is hitting their 3s at a ridiculous rate and we can't buy one. Unless Nash physically shoots for Kyrie, Harden, Harris, Shamet, and TJ, not sure what else he could have done for them. They got wide open look after wide open look.

Nash gets a solid B+ tonight. For the almost comeback...props to him on a night we should have gotten blown out with the way we were shooting the ball compared to them.

there is alot you can do. i listed half a dozen basic things any coach would do. Nash just stands there in a coma and then blames tired legs when his opponenet is on the second of a back to back.

F----- for nash. by FAR the worst game of the year for him. its one thing if we lose, if they are hot they are hot. but he did nothing to give us a chance.

Teams don't hit shots the way Orlando did last night; Layups, Mid Range Jumpers, 3 Pointers and you name it, just about EVERYTHING was nothing but net. When that happens, and it rarely does, it's a freakish aberration, but when that happens you are going to lose.

It doesn't even matter how great your team is or how much your opponent sucks. Throw out the records and throw out the stats. Even ELITE TEAMS can't just wish to shoot that way and do it. It's just one of those freak things that rarely happens and when it happens (against you), YOU LOSE.

But it's not something to panic about because it's not something teams can duplicate. They can watch film all day and all night to see what the Magic did right and they will learn close to nothing they can duplicate and get the same results. There is no game-plan that exists that will allow you to make shots like it's a broken video game where everything goes in.

Lastly, we weren't going winless the rest of the season. Eventually we were going to lose and when it happened that was actually the least frustrating way for it to happen. It's not like the Wizards FLUKE when they still the inbounds and scored about 8 Points in 8 seconds. That's the kind of loss that keeps you awake all night thinking about all the ways WE LOST THE GAME, not the way THEY WON IT.

But when you lose the way we did to Orlando, you chalk it off to a freak shooting night for the magic, one they will not repeat all year, one they could not repeat if their lives depended on it, and move on to the next game.

the Loss is irrelevant. Nash continuting to show an inability to adjust is the worrisome part.

Disappointing but you can’t win them all.

Brown is an important part of our team but the fact he started just shows we are down players. He will provide a spark off the bench but we lacked size throughout this game when he was in there because with Gordon they were never really small. Their SF was Aminu at 6’8. Plug in KD and this game is over before it starts. The other thing is I think Griffin is going to be a huge upgrade with those shots near the rim, that is a part of his game he is still elite at. His size alone will be an advantage over Brown. Brown should only be in on small ball lineups not with Deandre. He finds himself trying to protect the paint when they draw out Deandre and it’s clogged on the other end as well. With KD he is freed up.

Thibs makes adjustments and understands his opponents. we dont have thibs. if we did, we would have 5-6 more wins

C'mon now, every trash team will get up to play vs us. That's their playoffs, GM's and coaches be looking at those games. Tell me who will be watching Magic vs duh nix man? No one going to waist their time for crap, they will watch our games because we that team to watch. Stop with that hot takes and hate, it's silly.

Same here, we were due to drop one. I would rest Harden tbh. That first seed ain't important to me, having better record that LAL is what to look for.

Finally he see it. It's been obvious past three games. We need Blake and KD back sooner, have to give Harden 2+ games off. F the record and his MVP race, I want him healthy for a long run here.

Klay tore his Achilles logging all those min, I do understand everyone's body is different but you don't set up players for injury. Top 3 seed and better record that Lakers is what we should look out for. Again just have to have everyone healthy for playoffs first and foremost, we are best team in the league, we'll smoke everyone else.

This loss is not sitting well with me. This is a game we should have won. Nash does deserve some of the blame. We lived and died on three point line last night.

Nash better right the ship quickly, look at the Jazz they were looking unstoppable and now they lost 5 of their last 10 games. Like KD said "Championship habits".

Harden is not playing heavy minutes for his stats or the mvp case, he is playing so much because he is literally the only one left. The other two are either injured or being load managed
