A much more realistic and still good option would be to target Nunn and Precious. Arguably, that package can be better in the longer term.
Nunn seems like a 15ppg guy, vs Herro seems like a 20 ppg guy. Precious Achiuwa is basically a young Tristan Thompson that can guard 1-5.
To me, Herros overhyped trade value seems like an opportunity to extract value in other ways. Getting Olynyk and Dragic with the above 2 guys would be a phenomenal return for a Lowry/Stanley/Davis deal.
But this is what I'm saying - I'd just up the ante.
Lowry, Powell, TDII for Dragic, Olynyk, Herro & Precious
Adding Nunn tilts the deal slightly in the favour of Toronto and I'm not sure how balance it out again without sending more value to Miami in the form of salary. We are not trading our our 2021 pick and I'm not sure we should be trading any future firsts unless they are heavily, heavily protected. It might be a while we're in the lottery after all, who knows?
Also, I have to imagine Miami objects as they will be very thin at the PG position. Maybe Miami adds a pair of seconds or something? I don't know.

That's crazy talk... you'd rather have bottom 5 1st round crapshoot(s) as the centrepiece of a deal, instead of young tangible assets?
Yeah it makes no sense. The Heat can't deal picks until 2025 and I'm not waiting that long for picks to convey. I'd rather have young, proven players on cheap controllable contracts.
