Unless he sucks. Then that backfires any shot they have to move him.

He played a hell of a game two nights ago, acting like he is out there sucking every minute on the court is a joke. It's also funny pointing at him when most of the roster couldn't buy a bucket tonight.

I guess we have differing opinions as to what a hell of a game looks like. He did not have a bad game, but he is nothing special. I have nothing against him, but he does not bring much to this roster. Pretending he is a ball handler is a joke. He's only playing because Olshey's plan to turn Simons into the backup PG has failed miserably. The Blazers had a backroom deal last year and that is why he's being paid $10M this year. I have no problem with that. In fact, his salary just might help bring back a decent rotational player. The Blazers should capitalize on that!!! Is Hood the worst player in the league? No, but he's not too far from that.

Just play Simons. He's flawed, but produces more. Sure, Hoods got a few more inches on him so he's able to guard bigger players, but does not produce enough offensively to really make it worthwhile. I'd sit Hood and split his minutes between Simons and Little. Now Little is someone we might be able to get excited about.
