Point remains but I just saw tonight's score then read this post and lol.

I just don't know the guy right now. Don't think its Oladipo but don't know who else. Granted he could be had cheap I'd think.

At the time Dallas had like 24 pts and Luka had 15 or something stupid. :D

This was just a classic Dallas made 3's and Portland didn't game, nothing more.

Figured I''d mention, didn't listen to the podcast but on Duncan and Hollinger they mentioned the Dunc'd on mock deadline and I think said Dallas traded for Dipo with just Johnson and Green which if they did I mean, that would be fine.

value is fine, but I hope Dallas doesn't. I wouldn't rather play Dipo right now than Luka/Richardson/Brunson/Hardaway so I feel like other than keeping Trey Burke away from his 8 minutes he's a downgrade. Hard to say that about a good dude, but he's not playing better than any of those guys this year.

It sounds weird but....yeah I can't disagree. Not sure I'd feel very good about giving him a max this offseason, and he hasn't been good.

That works for me, I’d like to see if Graham can out perform a veteran point guard like that. Im not convinced he will

If Gordon is available ... I think that would be great .. I would overpay ... if necessary. He's the perfect age, he's locked in, and I think his fit on the Mavs would be especially good. I imagine a Powell on steroids, with shots and good defense , can change with KP ... Maybe we won't be champions with Gordon this year ... but we would be creating something solid ... I don't want to pay for rents Drummond,Oladipo

I agree they should do something. I think the easy no for guys they should definitely stay away from are Dipo, Bertans, and Drummond. If its a big deal, then a guy like Pascal would be the perfect #2 to Luka if you can attain him for KP and a reasonable sweetener. Otherwise, someone like Larry Nance Jr would probably fit well.

If you really don’t want to touch your cap space, Jordan McLaughlin is a good choice, if you know him.

wouldn't hate that, what would that cost, 2 2nds? The Martins?

This seems like an easy answer.

Augustine for Biyombo?

Some seconds are sent by someone.
I think Houston would have to send the 2nd(s). I have DJ as bad money next season. Would prefer a 1 year deal.

Just sign Lin.

LInsanity part 2

I am ok with either of these options.

I think either would be fine.

This is logical to me, but this is going to upset some/be heavily disputed.

Lonzo for Reddish probably happens. Dangle the Dukie to pair with Zion.

I think Gordon ends up in Portland - and that will be a helluva fit for him. Blazers have the couple of non- McCollum guards that would appeal to Orlando.

Toronto makes sense for Dinwiddie if they tank out ROS for a lotto pick. Detroit is the only team consistently linked to him but don't have the defensive wing. How much as Stanley Johnson been rehabbed value-wise this season?
Weaver = Hinkie
VW to Portland

I like it a lot. But does Reddish extra rookie year make up the value difference? I'm going with no, so I have the Hawks needing to add some value. Then with Lonzo and Collins needing paid this off-season they would need to deal Collins or be prepared to deal both Gallo and Bogdan either now or in the off-season.

I think Lonzo is drastically more valuable than Reddish. Insanely so, in fact.

Like I would look at Reddish as neutral value, at best.

I dont we be upset but why now? This team is winning, we got money to resigned Collins and Reddish is super talent, so why give it up for a player that might leave (it feels like Nique situation again)
