Pretty amazing how we were on a 70W pace last year with Bledsoe & Matthews playing major minutes.

I had no idea Toronto's record was as bad as it is. What happened? It's the same team as last year, ain't it?

They had that hot week where they beat us twice b2b and basically haven't won since. Tbf they had a rough covid outbreak stretch, but everyone is back and they keep losing.

I don't know why the genius Nick Nurse doesn’t make some adjustments.

Lowry is from Philly. Just wanted to remind everyone, since you might have forgotten, that was a couple of years ago since we had those reminders.

Does Donte, Portis, Tucker, Pat and Forbes for Bogdanovic get it done?

Edit: guess I should have done green text

Not even sure Donte for Bogdan makes us better let alone 5 rotation players.

Lol at the immediate buyer's remorse for Atlanta. No chance I'm including Donte for Bogdanovic anymore.

I can already see the comeback MVP narrative for LeBron. The media is already writing articles about how he could be out 8 weeks but his pain tolerance is so high, he could be back sooner rather than later. Lakers keep losing, LeBron comes back earlier than expected and Lakers reel off a few wins. Boom, he has to be MVP.

They may want out. On the other hand, the Bogdan name seems to have gotten out there as a result of Hawks trying to get Jaylen Brown from Boston, and putting all their players in the mix per an Athletic piece this morning.

Probably time for some to recognize that Travis Schlenk is just not a good GM.

I approve of this but also they lost Gasol and Ibaka and Lowry is finally over the hill.

True but Siamese Dream was a classic. They can take his GM job, they can take his hair, but they can never take that away from him.

Keep hearing all the Lowry to Philly rumors but I'd love to know how they make the salary work without giving up Tobes. Green + Curry + Scott adds up but also absolutely guts their rotation.

I don't think he's a good GM for multiple past decisions but if they get even a minor asset for Bogey it's not really a bad signing because they didn't give up anything but cap space to acquire him.

Did the league not put in a restriction on our ability to acquire Bogdan as part of our tampering punishment?

Horst just wanted to drive up the price of Bogdon and have him anchor down a potential east playoff team.

It was all part of the masterplan.

I'd be curious if it would hinder any future dealings with potential agents and their players. Not saying that will happen in this case, but probably not a reputation Schlenk would want to assume of getting out of big deals half-way into the first year.
