Having suffered through his play this season, I find it highly unlikely.

Maybe he is just dogging it because he doesn't want to be in NOLA, but you have no idea just how abysmal he has been. Just freaking awful, he makes my eyes bleed.

Then all he needs is to visit another hair salon, whenever they open back up.

This doesn't match any rumor I have seen. Source?

And yeah, that looks like an unrealistically rich package and then some imo.

Not even remotely true.

Then what are the unbundled trades with Bledose + compensation moved for expiring and Ball moved for expiring + compensation?

Is the incoming compensation for Ball going to be significantly more than the outgoing compensation needed to move Bledsoe?

HartfordWhalers wrote:Kinda love Barnes to Denver, and Gary Harris wouldn't be a bad third guard for Sac... if Hield weren't already the third guard.

Who can do a nice construction of it?

Kings trade Barnes, Hield, Whiteside for Harris, Delon Wright, Rodney McGruder, Paul Millsap (bought out), picks from Denver
Nuggets trade Harris, Millsap, picks for Barnes, Plumlee
Pistons trade Wright, Plumlee, McGruder for Hield, Whiteside

Kings get their youth, plus two guards that actually fit their young backcourt. If the Kings don't want Wright he could be sent elsewhere if you wanted this to get really ugly.
Nuggets get Barnes and bring back Plumlee to play behind Jokic.
Pistons get a sharpshooter at SG to fit between Hayes and Bey, and replace plumlee with a different stopgap C.

Oh wait, you said NICE construction. Ignore this mess then :D

I think he is referencing Stein saying that Sixers might be willing to include Maxey and Toronto wanting Thybulle into Toronto getting Maxey and Thybulle and a first and a second and then somehow flipping Green for a player just taken in the first and two more seconds. Perhaps Poirier will be flipped for Haliburton.

Actually I think its Scotto, not Stein:

The 76ers remain interested in acquiring Raptors guard Kyle Lowry, and rookie guard Tyrese Maxey is among the assets available as part of a trade package, league sources told HoopsHype. Maxey has shown flashes of potential, including a 39-point game in January against the Nuggets.

Philadelphia has also received calls on standout defender Matisse Thybulle from several teams around the league, sources told HoopsHype. Some general managers across the league believe the inclusion of Thybulle in a trade offer could swing the bidding for Lowry’s services, but the 76ers are reluctant to part with him.

https://hoopshype.com/lists/nba-trade-rumors-intel-kyle-lowry-spencer-dinwiddie-andre-drummond-richaun-holmes-more/

Seems quite a leap from that to this proposal.

Yeah, Stein actually didn't even have Maxey in, and instead had that Maxey wasn't in for Harden.

Scotto has Maxey in (which makes him the only one I have seen), Thybulle not in, and nothing about Green being moved elsewhere.

Ignoring that Scotto isn't really a real source; there has to be a different rumor I have missed, right?

Not that I've seen. After being offline for a few hours, I was shocked to see that post and looked around and that's all I could find.

Stein podcast Monday had that he knows a team that wants to 3rd team and take Green if any deal happens.

I've suggested Atlanta for that a month ago, but I can think of others that work as well.

Yeah I absolutely buy that Green can be flipped for a small asset. That's very different than what's being proposed here. But hey if Green is really worth a 1st and two decent seconds then the Sixers should just take that for themselves.

I think with Philly and Miami having late games nothing will happen tonight. I think Lowry is the first domino to fall and could happen tomorrow. The non-winning bidder will need to move on to Plan B come Thursday.

Yeah right now it feels like Kyle Lowry, Aaron Gordon and Victor Oladipo are on the bigger name end of guys that definitely seem on the move and I'm sure Houston wants Lowry off the market before they take final offers on Oladipo.

I think once Lowry is resolved, it will jump into a bunch of other moves from there.

Or maybe this will be the 2000 NBA Trade Deadline all over again and I'll just be upset the Knicks didn't get Maurice Taylor.

• Hawks traded Anthony Johnson to the Magic in exchange for a conditional second-round draft choice.

Stein + Danny Green = Dallas And they were going to be the 3rd team last deadline and they tried to sign him 2 off-seasons ago and he would have agreed had the Lakers gotten Kawhi.

And he still makes sense.

But yeah I can come up with several others.

Kabengele to the Kings being the only move before the deadline would be hysterical.

It would basically be Terrance Ferguson for a fake second just for the roster spot and cap savings being the only trade made all deadline. 2000 was a dull one. I remember it because the Knicks were close on the Maurice Taylor 3-team deal and at the time I liked Maurice Taylor especially for what we were giving up, but it just never happened, but also nothing else happened.
