Financially it would be great if Orlando could trade Aminu for a top-59 protected draft pick !

To add to your point: with Birch and Ennis coming off of the books, it is hard to see how either could be resigned.

..

Maybe Aminu to the Thunder for say a player and one of their SRP?

Aminu for any expiring is a good deal for Orlando.

Not to be flippant for the fix, but Management must activate any trade proposed for Aminu. As stated many times, his contract next year cripples the ability of the Magic to replace Fournier in the FA market.

Aminu is a great cheaper replacement of Gordon. His value will go up after we deal AG. Okeke/Isaac/Aminu is a good forward rotation
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

I get the jist of it. Hence me looking to the Thunder to dump Aminu's salary. Get some seconds and a young player coming back.

Aminu and Clark for Justin Jackson and Theo Maledon; the OKC also gets the right to pick swap the SRPs. Maledon was reportedly scouted by Orlando for a second round selection last draft. And Jackson can be allowed to expire. The high SRP might get OKC engaged enough to consider Amino's contract; they waive Clark.

I do have to wonder if the Thunder are willing to give up on Maledon in this trade. Otherwise, that's something along the lines of my thinking. I was thinking more Jackson, Muscula, and a SRP.

Shocker that Vučević was traded first. But as Porter is coming, it is clear that Friday's game will be played without the three players who had been Orlando's best.
