Jalen Green is Athletic and all but his size is what worries me. He's someone that would get to the line a lot though.
I mean, the guy could end up being an elite 2 for all I know.

His 1st step is elite. Zach Lavine. I think Cade and Mobley help their teams win more. Their teammates are not that good.
Jalen Green is an excellent get for the #3 pick. Then Kuminga, then Suggs.

His handle is an issue too, that’s why he doesn’t get as many blow-bys as you think when you watch him

Let's wait until Silver gives us a top 5 pick before we conclude that.
With our current situation, we are very lucky ending up at 6 or 7, as I do not believe we can out tank the bottom 5 in Minny, Houston, Detroit, Orlando and Washington. We are competing with Cleveland, Sacramento, OKC for the 6 to 9 spots.

Orlando might get better pieces for Aaron Gordon and win.

I still feel Kuminga is severely underrated. Still 18 and will be 19 throughout his entire rookie season. People forget he wasn’t even originally part of this class. He was supposed to be the #1 high school senior right now above Chet but reclassified. perfect build to be able to guard 1-5 and is developing his offensive game quite well.
I’ve had my eyes on him for a couple years now but never thought we’d actually be in the position to get our hands on him

Kuminga is a top 5 pick in a lot of draft projections. how is he underrated?
raf1995 wrote:I just don’t think he has that kind of potential. I think we will regret not trading him for a haul in a few years when he’s a mid-tier starter with nice playmaking and defense and a shaky jumper.

Even as a top 5 pick he’s not talked about as much. Mobley and Cade have gotten all the attention. I personally have him on their level if not even higher

just because this forum doesn't talk about him doesn't mean he's underrated lol. if you're projected to go top 5, you can literally go #1 after all the teams have their tests and reports done on these players.

Orlando might get better pieces for Aaron Gordon and win.Washington is playing better these days. Maybe Hayes comes back (should be soon) for Detroit and doesn't suck.
And they think once we made our trade to get better pieces, we will be a playoff team.
Seriously, I doubt they give up their tanking now.

I'm confused. Siakam vibes in a good way or a bad way?

He does seem to have some similar style but Siakam at 18 was a nobody. Kuminga at 18 is kind of like Siakam at 24 with much better fundamentals and shooting mechanics

I mean, in a top 5 pick, I'd want someone who has the chance to be the franchise guy. If he's like Siakam, and his playstyle at least is imo, than not sure about the pick. One thing I'll say though, is that he's built like OG, which may make his ceiling a bit higher than Siakam.

Siakam with the ability to absorb contact would be one heck of a player

Better handles and outside shooting form. More like Luol Deng or Jamal Mashburn.

#47 - Golden States 2nd round pick
#49 - Memphis 2nd round pick
I suppose only one make it to the playoffs, so one of them may drop back to #45

Last season Raps just won an extra game so couldn't draft Paul Reed.
Also Hukporti and Todd possibly with the pick.
