Congrats to Reed. He deserved those accolades, he was dominant for most of the season.

Re: Welcome Paul Reed
It's so funny to me that he fell to the third to last pick of the draft. He's only 21, has a 7'2 wingspan, 70+% FT shooter, almost joined Thybulle and Nerlens in the 2 spg/2 bpg club (was .1 short), 10+ AST%...
He was in my "checks all the boxes" grouping before last year's draft. I put him clearly as a first rounder talent, but I would have understood at least the beginning of the second round. To almost go undrafted is very confusing to me.

I assumed he must've had a drug or behavior problem that wasn't reported. Should have been picked in the top 25. Made absolute zero sense for him to not get picked at least in the top 35.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

Evidently he's being told he's a PF. He said in an interview yesterday that he's watching everything Tobias Harris is being told to do on defense, so he'll be ready when it's time

Re: Welcome Paul Reed
his success, both college and G, has come as a mismatch center - that won't fly under the bright lights

Maybe it’s an ironic nickname, like when they call a big guy tiny... or Ben Simmons a PG.

He's most certainly a forward in the Siakam variety. The question is will Doc stop being so stubburn and give him Mike Scotts minutes?? I sure hope so as he can't be any worse tbh and at least he'd be able to develop his game.

My sentiments exactly. He can't be any worse than Scott is at this point.

Because he makes questionable decisions and fouls a lot. He would be toast in a playoff series. And I love the guy. My favorite wing prospect in the league.

Wings play the 4 all the time in the modern NBA

Yes he can. He's a 21 year old G-leaguer, who's barely had a practice with the team. Maxey has been with the team all year, and he's getting cooked by everybody on defense.
What are you guys talking about. SMH.
