why because one of the best pitchers of all time held them to a couple of runs in his first start after the surgery? Theyve scored the 4th most runs in the NL, why cant any1 just give pedro credit? :noway:

I never put down Pedros start. The Reds bullpen allowed 4 runs in 3.1 innings of work and then we scored 1 run in 4 innings against Schoeneweis(5.01 ERA), Feliciano(2.82 ERA), Mota (6.00 ERA), Sele(5.18 ERA). And all of this happened when were were in the midst of a 4 game losing streak after climbinb to only 6 games back of the division leader.

Well I guess the Mets can expect something from Pedro. Nice to see him back and I'm glad he's having some success.

Edited the title a bit.

I know it's sports blasphemy for me to root for him considering where he's pitched, but I like seeing a pitcher who was as great as he was in his prime come back and do well. Good for Petey.
