Oladipo is still out there too. I'd wager Miami will end up trading for whoever they can (Lowry or Oladipo) without having to give up Herro.

I think Norm going to Portland popped the bubble/dream of MIA giving up Herro.

The only real chance of MIA giving up Herro was in a Lowry + Norm deal. Since Masai realized that Riley is not bluffing on Herro, he sent Norm packing to Portland.
