Ngl I kinda prefer the Lakers if we can get THT and a future pick. Lowry would have a much better chance at another ring with the Lakers and could even make himself a 1st ballot HOF if he gets a 2nd ring

Lakers have more incentive to do this over Miami.

Miami isn't even that good of a team. They're been extremely medicore this year. In their mind, Does trading away a 21 yr old player with potential make sense for a Player who might really not move the needle in the long run?

Lowry would be much more of a factor for the Lakers.

They haven't had COVID issues since the start of the season. They've been healthy for the last 2 months. They're on a 5 game losing streak

Yep. Lakers can't acquire a better player than Lowry... but they also have MUCH less to offer.

I'd Lowry doesn't work out for them, they'll either offer the same poo poo platter to Houston or wait til the offseason to sign Dipo.
