Shocking that expiring contracts didn't end up returning someone like Myles Turner and multiple first round picks and young players.

In the end, a pretty disappointing trade deadline overall.

So rumors of "Indiana listening" are flying all over the place and then nothing? Really thought there was some smoke there.

Sign and trade is possible this summer.

Wouldn't the teams that want to S&T for him already made a better offer for him at the deadline?

Maybe, maybe not, maybe Toronto didn't want the players being offered back. Time will tell.

Nope. Of all my things Dallas might do getting Redick for Johnson was one of the better options. Quite pleased. :D

The Vuc trade saved it as “interesting” for me. But I thought that was going to mean more movement than expected, which didn’t so much happen from there

A man with low expectations is never disappointed.

Agreed. That was the only sort of "whoa" trade.

Every year I keep my expectations high and the Jazz disappoint besides the Clarkson trade. Here's to the buyout market.

I actually disagree. Pompey is beyond horrible as a beat reporter and his analysis is a joke. But the rare times he reports something, he usually has it.

Orlando also saved a ton of money and got a big trade exception, so this is a little misleading.

Really, it was a sentence or two that circulated from Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo, and that was about the only "news" he broke this offseason. Other people just kind of referenced the same thing and no one really reported it in any depth.

Multiple teams are saying the Indiana Pacers are listening to pitches on Malcolm Brogdon and are monitoring Domantas Sabonis as well. On Brogdon, the belief is the Pacers feel Caris LeVert can man the point guard adequately enough should they get a real deal for Brogdon, who’s in the second year of a four-year, $85 million contract.

That was it. :dontknow:
