Personally, this front office needs to be replace. They have lost their way here. There needs to be a new regime that has a sound plan to build a better future for this organization to compete in this league. This deal with mediocrity has run it's course. They need to accept the reality of this fact. Solve the issues and create solutions that will lead to a better future ahead.

All things considered I guess that is preferable to delusional.
