Of course Danny green will save all his 3pt makes for after he gets traded.

Quietly Trez was never mentioned in these trade talks and neither was Kuz. We know who Jeanie protected

I will say Caruso and THT as well as Dennis are playing their way out of money game by game with this stretch so that’s good at least. They hopefully go be in the range they belong in 5-7M each range after this stretch of games

Life without Lebron and AD. Here’s the numbers for the games since Atlanta where he got hurt. The averages

Dennis - 35mins 19ppg 3rebs 7asts 1stl 42/42/85

Trez - 34mins 21ppg 8rebs 1blk 64/54

Kuz - 38mins 18ppg 8rebs 4asts 1stl 40/36/71

KCP - 28mins 10ppg 2rebs 2asts 38/42/100

Kieff - 22mins 8ppg 6rebs 35/36/100

Caruso - 21mins 6ppg 5rebs 3asts 1stl 36/50/60

THT - 22mins 8ppg 3rebs 3asts 1stl 33/17/85

Wes - 22mins 6ppg 2rebs 1ast 1stl 35/36

———-

Caruso, THT, and Wes ain’t giving anything off the bench. Wes hasn’t took a ft

Trez is a beast besides his free throws

Kuz is eating up every damn minute out there basically. His field goal percentage has to go up but he has the best floor balance

Dennis is doing better than I thought as the main focus but he isn’t enough

Kieff is Kieff and most his shots have all been 3s

KCP is quietly solid and still hitting the 3 well @iamworthy he just does somehow

Hopefully Marc provides some balance and spacing. I would almost use him to try and get Caruso, THT, or Wes shots because they can’t score on their own.

———

Silver lining - if KCP and Dennis keep producing like that upon the return of Bron and AD, our bench gets better. Less minutes for Caruso, THT, and Wes because Kuz goes back there and him and Trez compete versus everyone. Kieff also goes back and Marc possibly there too with an added big.

I was well pleased with the fight they had on court last nite.
I think this is a good sign going forward, if they can build on this and up their level of play (as each loss hopefully will become more competitive and they can gain experience from it as a collective without their leaders) , I feel the same that once Bron andA D comes back that this team will be very tough to beat going forward. It is all I can expect at this point, but it is a great expectation.
Just hopefully they can stay afloat though.
If Bron and AD comes back near end of April we can see a trail of losses that brings them to be fighting for the tenth spot, and that is not even the best championship team wants to be in .

What sticks out to me... I only watched the first 3 quarters... Was that the team looks a lot better with Marc on the floor.

I hope he can get his wind back and stay out there for more than 20min a game until we get Drummond/LMA/Whiteside/McGee or AD gets back...

The effort was there for most of the game but also a lot of stupid unforced turnovers. The Harrell - Howard matchup was fun to watch although it didn't last long.
Good to see Gasol back. He had a nice start to the game.
