I kinda hope we rest Ja one of these games but don't expect it. Otherwise should be fun watching Ja and Conley duel it out.

I'm going to build a rocket ship...

Put Allen in it ...

I just don't see what Jenkins sees with him. Nothing he's done in this game so far has warranted extended mins

Another great game from Brooks. team high +21, with 22pts on an efficient 9-16 shooting.

Much better second half but still too many careless TO's/decisions which bit them in the ass in a 1 possession loss.

Memphis showing 2nd half, they can hang with the leagues best.

Allen played well. Ja was unreal. Brooks logging another great game. Had we not sucked that first half we would have won. Gobert was getting super frustrated with Morant. Gobert would block the first Morant shot attempt and, while still midair, Ja would just adjust and hit with second effort.

That second half was some of the most fun basketball I've watched this year. The Spurs games and the MLK game are up there too, but Ja was electric tonight once he got aggressive.

I made that comment about Allen first half & though he had some good moments in this game, I think overall, Memphis would have faired better without him. Agree with the rest of your post.
