Was looking at the schedule. 27 games remaining. I think we could go 4 and 23. We've got the Wiz and the Pistons twice each. Raptors Twice also and Cavs once. They're the only ones I really worry about winning but you got to think we won't win them all and if we're really all in on the "develop young players" thing they're honestly all losable. Lot depends on how long they can convince Shai to stay on the shelf.

It's just crazy that if Dort don't have a concussion, we might have hung around and won this thing.

I hate seeing us sit Horford, but it’s the right choice.

No way. Every single time I tried to make a realistic record over next 10 games, we overperformed :(

SGA should play some games so that's at least 4-5 more wins.

Wonder how we can get a worse record than Cavs/Wizards. Cleveland is tanking and the Wizards are sooooo bad. Don't like our odds against the Cavs but would still bet Washington ends up with a better record than us.

He seems ok with it and still happy to be here. Al is a genuinely good dude. Also, sam is as good as anyone at preventing situations from going south.

maybe we were closer to trade Horford than I thought. He was resting 4-5 games then was back just before the deadline, now out for season. Pretty weird.

Nice. Yes, Presti is the best at managing these things.

It does give me confidence that there’s a deal for him this summer. I don’t think Sam does this if he wasn’t close before the trade deadline.

I also think that this means he sees the rebuild as needing to accelerate a bit. This was always the plan of course, but the urgency to get a top pick this year has gone way way up. Before the season I was thinking a top pick for the next 2-3 years. But, with Shai, that’s different.

Agree that a trade is likely this offseason.

If Presti felt the urgency to tank, it's a bit too late :(

Hope he's willing to give up significant assets on draft night.

We need to tank hard, only play Shai against top teams.

We need to lose 2 with detroit, cavs 1, is key to go for the top 5-6 in chances.

We can give Sacto the playin tournament, 3 games left, gsw 2 too.

2 games for Russ triple doubles, we need to give him free space on rebounds xD

Another 2 with raps.

A 3-24 will be outstanding, the 3 wins on teams out of our league, charlotte, nop, and gsw

Pretty unlikely even if SGA doesn't come back for the season (and guess he will be back in 2-3 weeks max).

Gonna be difficult not to win 3 games combining the two games with Detroit/Washington and the games against Detroit and Cleveland.

Antonius Cleveland 2 way contract incoming, seems the most likely from the Blue to get called up

If Shai legit has plantar fasciitis he could be out the rest of the season. That is an injury that takes forever to heal and a high chance of recurrence if it doesn't completely heal. It's not serious, but lingers forever and there is zero reason to rush it.

Been watching some Moses highlights. Really impressed with his ability to stay with the ball at the rim. He knows that it's not about successfully getting the first tip. The first tip is just an opportunity for the next one and the one after that. Stays with it. And I don't know if he's consistent at running the floor, but when he gets going, he's capable of beating his guy down the floor, even if he's the one that created the turnover at the other end.

He has to work on not bringing the ball down when he gets a pass or rebound. I think it's a function of his lack of strength that he uses the momentum of bringing the ball down to generate the force to go back up. But if he starts moving in a straight line, his move to the basket will get a lot quicker.

He's a really interesting center, especially within the current context of having super long dudes at the 3 and 4 who can space the floor and pass. Can't wait to see the contract details.

The thing I love about Moses is even though he looks 15 and is pretty skinny, he is not afraid to slam it on someone's head. Aggressive player near the rim which is vital for a C.
