There will be one or two wins akin to how we blew out the Nuggets where we shoot the lights out. But other than that it's more close losses combined with the odd dismantling where we can't score for ****.

This team has some serious fundamental flaws that just won't allow them to close out games, no matter how winnable they appear to be.

My top 5 keeps changing every week except Cade. He truly is special and anyone that only saw him play for a couple games or during the tournament don’t know how elite he can be.

But I’m going to start focusing on guys in the 6-10 range more because of the odds.

1) Cede 1st for me

2) really tough to choose between Kuminga & Mobley for me but I think i'll go with Kuminga by a slight margin

3) really tough to choose between Green & Suggs for me but I think i'll go with Green by a slight margin

There's a talent drop off after those 5

This is how I see things right now, except I have Suggs slightly ahead of Green. A definite talent drop off after the top 5 picks. Next several games are crucial for the Raptors. Hoping they can continue to rest Lowry, and even tell FVV and Siakam to rest for a game or two in order to rack a couple of more losses against some poor teams. Getting in that 5th draft slot is critical. Unfortunately, I think Minnesota, Houston, Detroit and Orlando got the bottom 4 slots locked. It will be a battle for the 5th slot with the likes of Washington and Cleveland for Toronto. Hoping the Raptors can get into that 5th slot by year's end.

Unfortunately, I don't see us cracking the bottom 5. Other teams are tanking hard!

We really need to get lucky in the draft lottery (please basketball gods!!!!!)

Lmao! i'll forgive the alien looking Mofo if we land any one of those top 5 picks! I'd personally shine his shoes and bald head if we get the number 1 pick

Other teams are tanking hard. Top 5 will be difficult. We need Masai to basically tell Nick Nurse to start "load managing" Lowry, Siakam, OG, and FVV the rest of the year. Winning meaningless games does nothing for the future. We need Baynes to also start playing 30 minutes a game until the rest of the season also. Hoping the Pistons can come up big tomorrow, in a back to back for Toronto.

They did win the #1 pick and should've drafted Iverson but the league made us take #2 Camby.

Great clutch loss against one of the worst teams in the NBA. This team needs to keep this momentum going the rest of the way. Hopefully that starts by load managing Lowry, OG, Siakam, and FVV for the remaining 25 games. The top 4 draft slots will be tough to get. Raptors need to focus on solidifying the 5th Overall Pick selection, and then hope for some good luck to get a shot at the top 2 picks in the summer.
