They better sign Saben Lee now.

When Hayes & DSJ come back, Casey, in his infinite wisdom, will relegate Lee to 7 mpg again, and he's gonna bolt outta here if he's not locked up.

I’m hoping that they realize the benefit of what the sixers did with Paul Reed and thunder with Moses brown. Cut Cook and upgrade Lee. And I’m thinking you could still offer cook the two way afterwards.

Is it just me or does Stanley look worse every time we see him play? If anything he has lost what little basketball skill he had.

If they're going to win, it might as well be with the young guys leading the charge and man are they playing well tonight.

Saben Lee is so good. It'll be harder to not play him if he continues to develop like this

I know the Raptors are straight dumpster fire this year, but they're making Lee look like prime Chris Paul

Lee reminds me a bit of Ish Smith

Upgrade Lee to a real contract and get Cook on a 2-way, Frank Jackson doesn't look like anything too special so I wouldn't mind letting him go and bringing in another prospect to get some burn.

Sekou was supposedly questionable with a migraine.

Jackson’s on the sideline watching Diallo and Bey like “maybe I’ll try Cleveland next”

Well, watcha gonna do? Plumlee, Grant and Ellington did nothing and we still smoked em pretty good. You gotta take those wins, i guess.

Uh huh but;

Team has already come out and talked highly of Smith and Jackson. Also Frank is on a two way, so cutting him does nothing to open up a regular roster spot. Joseph’s contract can still be traded I think before the official start of the next season.

Ellington probably stays at this point, but I agree he should be cut, because of his skill set.

Letting Cook end his 2nd ten day, promote and sign Lee, offer Cook the two way is the most obvious way to do it.

Eh. All 3 rookies did great. Diallo looked great.

Have to be okay with this win.

Are we able to do that with Cook?

At this point I'd do Ellington a favour and cut him so he can join LA or Brooklyn too

Ok so it’s my understanding that you would essentially have to let Cook become a free agent with the ten day expiring, and then do all that.

But yeah preferably you would let Ellington chase a ring, promote and multi year contract Lee, contract Cook for the remainder of the season (but honestly do a multiyear unguaranteed contract like Patton, Reed, etc get), and then add a new two way guy.

pretty good game all around. bey continues to impress with his IQ and control. he is still limited when trying to create offense for himself in iso situations but when he does he's gonna be a heck of a player.

diallo did a lot of good things but also saw some negatives. not sure if it's because he's not used to our team but he did some ball stopping, mainly when he would get the ball at the arc and the defense would play off him. he'd hesitate, not shoot, kind of half attack but had to back it out and pass because the defense was too collapsed. going forward he's either got to be better at making decisions in those situations (shoot, attack, swing the ball) or get better at shooting from deep. other than that it was generally positive from diallo.

i often forget saben lee is a 2-way player, just because he has more minutes than a few of our rostered players and is a bigger part of the rotation. like pretty much everyone here i hope he's on the team next season.

FSD panned to Stewart leaving the court walking to the locker room immediately after the game, dude is built like a brick wall. I remember not seeing him get selected in the draft but reading negative comments about him being a short FAT center. Which tf one of y'all subscribed to this? I can use a laugh so I'm going back to that draft thread to read that nonsense.
