I wonder how the league will handle this. KD used some pretty tough language in his messages. Can't see this playing out well

If I was Rapaport I would have met up with him. But with a twist.

I would invite a large mob of gay fans to meet KD as well. Get them horny prior to the meet up. They see Durant and approach him, at the same time you send the screens showing him to be a disgusting homophobe.

Kevin is screwed.

He has to now deal with a bunch of gay fans asking him what in the hell he was saying. Phones are out, Durant is back pedalling.

Now Rapaport shows up and finishes him off with some face to face school yard scrap.

Rapaport is now a gay hero, Durant is the new gay villian / scapegoat in America's fight against hate.

I'll never understand talking bad about a player on Twitter. But I eveness understand getting in to it with this person, threatening to fight (which would just end up in an assault charge and the likely end of your career), spitting some super sophomoric and homophobic insults, and caring so much about some guy on the internet talking about you. Rappaport comes off as a douche. KD comes off as a 12 year old.

If it was reversed and rapapport was talking like that to KD, about his skin complexion. He’d be cancelled in the blink of an eye. KD will prob get off easy.

Kyrie is a pacifist though. An intellectual wouldnt be pleased with KD's reliant on violence. After all, that's what seperate us from animals.

I see where you are going - probably more of a homophob though. IMO since racism is all to do with a dominant group screwing over a subordinate one, it's tougher for KD to be racist towards Rappaport. Our friend MR is from the dominant group in terms of race (ie his whiteness doesn't really put him at a disadvantage in life overall).

But KD doesn't identify as Queer, so he his power as a straight dude - and a very influential one at that, makes what he did that much more destructive and damaging - ie. imagine you were a gay basketball player in high school and all your teammates where all amped over what KD said....

Tried looking it up and I don't see anything about them having a new show. Rapaport posted a video on his twitter saying they "used" to be friends a long time ago. Looks like an old video.

Unfortunately its seems like this is very real
