Not only that, he kept the same unit in for 5 mins straight when they were clearly struggling on offense and defense. Celtics made a run and Rick didn't change anything. Didn't even rest Luka when he was clearly drained and frustrated. This is one of the weirdest coached 4th Q's i have ever seen. Celtics going small and Rick doesn't counter with at least KP instead of Maxi to put some pressure on them under the rim like he has before.

I hope Luka finishes the game strong. I know he has been doubled and hit a lot, but his second half is still disappointing. 5asts to 7TOs.

EDIT : 8 TOs...

Luka’s game a mixed bag of nuts. He is shooting lights out, but those 8 turnovers are keeping Boston in the game.

Atrocious offense... keeps giving Doncic the ball with no time left. Not sure what's wrong with the offense, but they don't get good looks.

Marcus Smart would be absolutely perfect here to pair with Luka. Shame they can’t afford him

These are some terrible possessions by Luka and the Mavs.

Why is no one setting screens for him?

Celtics have played Luka well. Even though he has had a monster game, it has been lots of tough shots. Luka can really struggle with good defenders meeting him at half court.

Everything can't seem to fall into place. His 3pt shooting is going up, FTs are going down. The great passing isn't always there from game to game.

Just trade Richardson. He's hiding all the game and **** up only thing he has to do.

I've never been a fan of giving free layups at the end of the game to avoid fouls.

This is why i always say, don't let Jrich dribble or initiate the offense. He's absolutely horrible at doing that.

Good thing that Brunson is coming through for us. Luka needs help.

Such bad basketball IQ on that team.

Up 7, Kleber falls for the fake and retreats instead of covering the 3pt line. You're up 7! Don't give a wide open 3! It's like the mistake he did against the Lakers, when he met Lebron at the rim instead of sticking to the 3pt line.

And then Richardson going nowhere with the ball. I don't even know why he had the ball in his hands and was running with it instead of trying to find Luka or Brunson.

KP to help rebounding? Why not Boban?

Well, the team managed to win. It's a shame the 4th quarter had to be atrocious.
