Snyder is heavy favorite at -230 right now

Monty 2nd at +350. Nash 3rd at +800

Okc coach is +50000....... close to dead last but tied with a bunch of others like Casey, Walton, Clifford and Silas

I know it's not going to happen but seriously in my opinion this dude should get some votes.

They’re 20-27. Not exactly lighting the world on fire. And SGA was playing outstanding and like a top 30 player before he got hurt.

I mean, you can find plenty of examples of coaches leading a talent-challenged squad to a mediocre record. Kenny Atkinson took the 2019 Nets to the playoffs, with D’Lo, Dinwiddie, and Allen leading the charge, and guys like Demarre Carroll and Allen Crabbe getting major minutes lol.

Also, many people expected the Nets to have serious chemistry issues this season, especially after the Harden trade. But it’s been the opposite, they’ve had great chemistry all year, and even brand new additions like Griffin and LMA have been seamlessly added to the rotation and look genuinely happy playing with the team.

Shouldn’t Nash get major credit for that?

Bottom 5. Dudes got KD Harden Irving Griffin Aldridge and Harris and has a worse record than the Sun's, in the east. Yikes

He’s had KD, Griffin, and Aldridge all season, or they’ve barely played?

And the Suns are on pace for like 57 wins lmao, being worse than them isn’t an insult. He also beat the Suns with just Harden.

Is he definitely a top 10 coach?

Coach of the year voting doesnt mean a coach ranking. Thats like saying Mvp voting is a player ranking when we know thats far from the truth

Pop is most likely not gonna be top 5 in Coy voting and everyone knows hes easily a top 5 coach

I'm surprised Nash doesn't just start scrolling through facebook or checking his DMs while the game is going. /s

I'm legitimately impressed he had the balls to outright bench DAJ in Aldridge's first game.

Do the Nets really need a coach? They are sooo stacked. Plus they have D’Antoni to run the offense

When Nash gets the Nets to be a top 3 defensive team and rebound, what D’Antoni failed to due, then give Nash the award. This team would be just as successful with D’Antoni

I love Nash but hard to judge a coach and a team with so much talent.

You could put me in charge of the Nets and im sure i could just let them do their thing.

Snyder would get it over Monty. Paul and Crowder are big difference makers, the former being very significant.

The Dwane Casey Memorial Trophy should go to Quin.

Once he gets bounced in the first round by Dallas, he will suffer the same fate.

Nash is nowhere near COTY. Monty Williams in PHX, Tom Thibideau in NY or Quin Snyder are likely finalists.

Jazz won't lose to Dallas, btw. Once teams trap Luka, Dallas pretty much falls apart. Jazz could lose to a team like Denver or LAL, but they won't lose to Dallas.

Once Dallas learns to play Brunson with Luka that issue is solved.

No it's not. Brunson is a pretty limited player and he runs into Gobert. Jazz would beat the Mavs in no more than 5 games, and that assumes Dallas has at least one stellar shooting night. Dallas is also a pretty below-average defensive team.

Dallas will drag Gobert out with highhhhhh high PnR with Zinger. Gobert has to attach to KP. Dallas will have acres of space for its guards to operate in.

Jazz will just switch a guard on Porzingis. Jazz are happy to let him fire away from 28 feet.

Jazz had a two-game series with the Mavs already. Both games were blowouts.

Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t know we were citing two game regular season samples to make our case.
