As a Knicks fan, I was wondering what your thoughts were on Elfrid Payton since he was drafted by Orlando and played the first 3.5 years of his career for your team.

Any memories or impressions you want to share?

biggest memories of him.....he always seemed to start playing well after the season was over. When we relied on him in the early part of the season he would disappear. Would give you a decent game and then the next 5 he was invisible.

Yeah that's why you can't get too excited when a player does well in meaningless games with nothing at stake. I know Payton is the champion of that, he did it in New Orleans too.

It's completely night and day how AG is being used in Denver in comparison to Orlando. He was asked to be the point forward/creator taking jumpers in Orlando. However, in Denver he just focuses on Defense and just cuts and gets open. All of his points were assisted last night. Let this be a realization how important stars are to a team.

I spent 6 years on this forum crying how Magic can't have modern offense without playmaker and shooters.

I think Golden State is tinkering with the idea of tanking.

Not sure why.

They're in the play in spot right now and they're 22-19 when Curry plays and 1-7 when he doesn't. Once he heals up, they'll be competitive.

Toronto is supposed to be tanking as well and they win a game by 53.

The bulls are terrible. BD is a bad coach and their team is poorly constructed.

Fournier had a rough 1st half in Boston tonight starting like 1-6 or something. Must have gone perfect in the 2nd half cos he finished 8-13 and 7-11 from deep. Good on him for snapping that slump!

His team sucks and he isn't a difference maker. He was better off here with Clifford.

Vuc isn't much of a difference maker. You already see it on the Bulls. The modern NBA just isn't made for bigs like Vuc.

Aminu is straight trash. He's already racking up DNP's over there

You are absolutely correct. Vuc is a decent player but not the type to carry a team and the same thing could be said about LaVine. He was only an also all star because he played with the magic. Vuc should be the 3rd or 4th option on a good team. Him playing second fiddle won't lead you anywhere.
