Does it even matter - since the character he's playing is such a dufus?

From reddit
"It was a dark time for WWE. Ratings were down. Shows were being held in front of no fans with jobbers pounding on plexiglass. In his time of deepest despair Vince reached down hard and gave us all "RAW Underground" and "Retribution". Were they the greatest ideas in the world? No. Were they the worst? Probably not....but maybe?
Time pressed on and "RAW Underground" and "Retribution" slowly faded into the ether, but the names forged through these ideas remained. And we will now and forever have none other than "SLAPJACK" "T-BAR" "MACE" "RECKONING" (and from RAW Underground) "DABA KATO". Professional wrestling names that will forever survive the test of time. The true magnum opus of the creative genius known as one Vincent Kennedy McMahon."

It's bizarre by now how the WWE just doesn't get that the fans aren't interested in Corbin. At least change the character - do something to make it possible for him to be even a little bit interesting.

I think they like having a heel that 99% of wrestling fans including the smarks are against. He is also reverse Cena in that little kids probably especially hate him, hence the endless Reigns feud with dog food shenanigans.

To be fair to Corbin, he has been a good soldier for them the recent years.

I actually think Corbin can get some good heat. He’s a good big man worker, an underrated talker/promo, has a solid look, and a real-life heelish believability about him. That being said, the “King” Corbin monicker is beyond old and tiresome now — he should just go by Baron Corbin. Change the music, lose the gimmick, and let him be himself a little more and I think he’ll be fine.

Now that Retribution is done can they please give Dijak a push. Drop the T-Bar name and pretend that was never him.

If he stays as Dijakovic does he have a fake Russian accent in his future?

He'll be renamed to Dom Dija, y'all know that
As for Corbin, a gimmick change will do him wonders. His current is absurd and he's still delivering. I'm a fan surprisingly

Re: WWE Raw Discussion III
Wow I’m not trying to be the Monday Night Raw basher but I can’t believe this was the last Raw before WrestleMania...
Only 2 good matches happened tonight and that was Riddle vs Ali & Rhea turning on Auska in the tag match... Both championship matches should be good at Mania, I feel like people are sleeping on that Sheamus vs Riddle, I feel like that’s going to be a classic match
Last but not least even though I’m not a fan of the Fiend BUT WWE has been pushing this rivalry for 10 months only to have neither Randy Orton, the Fiend or Alexa Bliss on the Raw before WrestleMania?? I don’t get it.

Anyone else feel a swerve with The Hurt Business? Maybe just throwing off Drew before Mania?

Re: WWE Raw Discussion III
The whole Lashley champion decision is a no for me. It would have worked if Brock came back or something but with recycled McIntyre feud very lame for Raw Wrestlemania title match build. The match will be fine I'm sure but the storyline isn't there, and when Lashley was wrestling against Cedric it just didn't give me that WWE champion is in the ring feeling. He is a midcarder.

Can't help but think WWE is objectifying Dana and Mandy with those ring gears. Keep their previous ones please!
But what about Charlotte's though. Thoughts? Looks like Carmella's sister

Or not.
I will say though, Dijak and Dio are much better fits for a "Hurt Business" gimmick than Cedric and Shelton. Just get them out of the masks and put them in suits. If they dress like Lashley and MVP they'll fit right in.
