Hampton is a rookie finally getting minutes give him time please
Fine print disclaimer for Fultz:
I am high on Markelle Fultz. Yes I understand he is not perfect and needs to shoot more and better and turn the ball over less. I would really like to see him play one more year… and I did and he sucks time to move on.

Hahahahaaaa, I am not hating on any Magic players, except for Fournier (because he spent 4-5 seasons more in a Magic uni than he should have).

I don't hate Bamba. I have never hated Bamba. I won't hate Bamba for as long as he is representing the Magic.

But let me tell you. If you are running a dynamic results-driven business and you pay millions in salary for top-level employees and their talents...and then you stumble on a young guy with great perspectives (on paper) and the right tools to succeed (on paper) and the guy is saying all the right things and promises he will prove his worth...what do you do? You give him a chance of course. You hire him, you don't want to miss on a stud or a rising talent.

But 1...2...3 years pass by. This same promising guy looks like the same young green rookie that you hired years ago. He didn't show any improvement, his performance at the office is more than bad, inadequate and not meeting the average criteria for his position. He is not on the A-team, hell, he can't even make it to the B-team in his division. He's out of shape and does not follow the advice by his managers (coach). Shows up unprepared and is being outperformed on a regular basis.

And the worst of all - the three most important things about this relationship are not only lacking but terribly wrong:
:banghead: his AVAILABILITY is horrible
:banghead: his RELIABILITY is non-existing
:banghead: his EFFORT is invisible.

Please, kindly tell me... What do you do with this employee of yours after 3-4 years of the same $hi$?
You decide to wait for that youngster to grow a brain and IQ, awareness and motivation from thin air and suddenly starts delivering any results?!?! Or you just blindly tell yourself that he still has some talent you saw years ago and continue waiting with your head buried in the sand? Or you just straight up give him a fat long-term contract so you don't lose him if he somehow somewhen starts showing up for work and proves he's not a loser????!?!!?

Let me tell ya, none of those things will happen. Any self-respecting manager/boss/business owner/decision-maker will cut on his losses, call that underperforming employee that has shown no desire or capability to provide on a regular basis, and will give him advice before firing his unmotivated a$$ and showing him the door. Period!

Randle is a solid outside shooter, but he's an overall garbage NBA player. Surely to God we won't bring him to camp next year. He's below replacement level and isn't even young. He'll be 29. It's a mystery to me why we even signed him at all. Did Josh Maggete take a contract overseas or something? Is Tim Frazier on an NBA roster this year? There's gotta be some fringe NBA point guard out there that made more sense than the 28 year old Chasson Randle. He started at point guard tonight, played almost 30 minutes, and had as many assists as I did. With 3 more turnovers, so I feel confident saying that I was the better player tonight.
11/18/2017 - I have officially disowned Nikola Vucevic and branded him a loser.

- Skal Labissiere was my guy in 2016 pre-trade. Whoops, but I still believe.
- Malik Monk was my guy in 2017. Whoops(?)
- Mo Bamba was my guy in 2018. TBD.

I get the sentiment but I am also not there yet. He was making improvements till tonight where he is now out for being sick. What if he is throwing up in the locker room would this still be saying this now? I get the sentiment but I would wait till the end of this year and make your judgement

Well, that was a short handed good team against a Championship level team.

Hope the players with the flu bug get better. It would be good if The Magic had more than 7 players available tomorrow.

His hate towards Bamba is so weird. It's like it's a personal feud. I was always a Vuc hater, but underneath the obvious hyperbole which was for comedic purposes, I always thought I was pretty reasonable. But this is something else entirely.

Sure, everybody deserves a chance. There is a reason why the standard rookie contract's length is 4 years. Some blossom early, some take time, but at least you see something positive or a steady improvement in the first 2-3 years. We are talking 'years' here, not months.

If Bambi doesn't show up for work as he should be and be a professional with his effort and motivation for the rest of this season, I can foresee the management trying to get rid of him next year.

Problem is that his value won't net us a 2nd round pick at the moment.

Let's be honest here, the only reason Bambi is not relegated to the G-League or sent overseas is that he was drafted in the first round as the 6th pick and takes more time to call the real lottery busts a "bust" for real.

Just imagine if Bambi was drafted at the end of the first round where his place was, or the 2nd round of the draft. No one would have invested so much PT in him (better give it to another prospect) and he would have easily been out of the league already.

WeHam are keeping him with the last hope not to admit their defeat and embarrassment, and Magic fans believe he has a chance and untapped potential. Sorry, the GMs are in damage control when it comes to their drafting. Bambi has just a few months to prove us "haters" wrong or we are ending up with a 6th pick bust officially.
