$120 mil/year between 3 players. bucks need to be prepared to be repeat tax offenders for many years.

I appreciate that Jrue wanted to take his time and really see if we were a culture fit for him and his family. So excited to have him along for the ride!

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they looked at moving Middleton in the off-season if we can't get further in the playoffs.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Even if they win a title I really believe it's over in MKE for Khris.

After the way he opened the season? Can't afford Khris, Jrue & Giannis? :reporter:

I think they'd like to win 2 titles, so it would need to be an unbelievably perfect deal.

Most people are forgetting about the impending TV contract coming in the next 2 years.

The cap is more than likely gonna explode again ala 2016.

I hope they do some sort of cap smoothing, but that seems unlikely, right?

Correct.

More than likely we’ll see another KD to GS scenario.

Except this time the KD caliber player will be signing with Milwaukee!

Good call on the TV deal, I had not thought of this scenario.

I think the Bucks will have to move Lopez next year so they can sign Donte. He’s going to get at least 10mil a year

There's a reason why this prison is the worst hell on earth... Hope. Every man who has ventured here over the centuries has looked up to the light and imagined climbing to freedom. So easy... So simple... And like shipwrecked men turning to sea water from uncontrollable thirst, many have died trying. I learned here that there can be no true despair without hope.

If Khris just accepted the super Korver role and put up 12 threes a game he’d be great. Never dribble when both Giannis and Jrue were on the court, just shoot a ton of open threes from their gravity. Slide in to secondary scorer/playmaker mode when one steps off the court. Take over the game in the 2-of-15 games he’s completely lights out in.

This is way for Khris. Forget about dribbling the clock down and trying to facilitate.

I’m not saying he’s bad as is. We’re just not optimizing him, nor the team at large strength spamming isos to him like a third of the game
Please reconsider your animal consumption.

Actually, there's no more salary cap issues that effect the team now that we're in the tax.

Sure, Lasry gets a tax bill, but he still owes us for bringing Kidd into our state.

In our situation, we need large contracts to use in trades, though Brook's will work on that kind of deal. We could take back a $16 million contract sending Brook out this offseason.

I doubt the next contract will be that much bigger than this one.

Guys like Donte don't grow on trees but they do grow in the late lottery.
