Please post batting lineups when made available (that's if I don't get to it first.) and any related news about the team and this series here. Good start to the season. Let's keep it going!

Hopefully our bats are wide awake for the Roark game - we're probably going to need them to pull that one out.

Series win #2 coming up :)
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

That weird day off between game 1 and 2 already paying dividends, giving Ryua that extra day of rest that seems to help.

Not to mention that our bullpen would already be under water.

Seriously, this is lunacy what the Rangers are doing. Fully crowded stadium during a pandemic where the virus can be transmitted via the air. The players are gonna be in close proximity to the crowd in the field and in the dugout. Most of the players aren't vaccinated yet.

Imagine if this promising season for us gets sidetracked because of the Rangers and their dumbass idea to fully open their stadium.

A lot of people are about to lose their **** over a crowded stadium today.

Honestly, the Rangers and state of Texas is a joke that isn't funny at this point.

The fact that Manfred is allowing this is actually insanity. The Rangers clearly don't give a **** about their fans' safety nor the Blue Jays or their own players as well. Surely the state of Texas rather pretend that there pandemic is not a real thing but the MLB should know better.

One home opener series was postponed due to COVID-19 concerns and another is being played in front of a full stadium. You literally cannot make this up if you tried.

They should have everyone, entering the ballpark, take an onsite covid test.

I'm also going to need someone to forcibly vaccinate Bo Bichette.
9. Similarly, IF THOU HAST SPENT the entire offseason predicting that thy team will stink, thou shalt not gloat, nor even be happy, shouldst thou turn out to be correct. Realistic analysis is fine, but be a fan first, a smug smarty-pants second.

I see exactly no masks in the stands. Texas gon' Texas.

Edit: wider-angle shots show some masks! Maybe 3-4% of the people in attendance.

It was a looper, but another instance where Vlad aims to hit a ball toward center/right-center that, last year, he'd have tried to pull.

Matz looking good.
