How are they your boys when the instigators of this pathetic thread hate on our team constantly?

The thing that's interesting about TwO is that they act like the 2019/2020 season happened 10 years ago. Team tank lives in the moment like a house pet, they don't bother connecting the dots on much and view everything in a vacuum.

tWo calling the team "our boys" is the equivalent of calling Paul Pierce a Raptor legend

You post way too much to have this weird ass logic.

The worst we can finish is with the 7th or 8th worst best record imo.

What's the odds to crack into the top 5 from those positions???

From 7 we have like a low 30 something percent chance to get top 4. From 8 we have like 20 something. We should aim for 6th. Gives you a high 30 something odd to jump to top 4.

No they were 8th in terms of odds lol

I think top 5 for us is impossible 6-8 is the goal there's been some good luck in that range

I want Minnesota to stay 1-3 so GS doesn't get it.

I'm cool with #3 or #4 moving up from 6-8.

Just need to hope for top 4 if these top guys are as good as advertised.

Cade
Suggs
Mobley
Green

Kuminga?

I will say though, this bookknifht guy seems promising and I'm sure there's random players that may end up being better than some top picks. This is why I'm excited to see who our scouting team picks. I know they'll have a plan A to Z but can we somehow just get plan A this year?

I can't remember a time during Glen's, or BC time where we ended up picking the best pick available while being within the top 5 picks (exception of VC). First time in forever our development plan and management are elite so I'd be confident wherever we land either way but for our sakes just want that top pick we are dreaming of.

My dream is that wherever we pick, we'll end up with best player now and future.

I thought it was 8th too but the first link on google said 9th. You're right though. They were 8th.

I'd rather the warriors get it because the Timberwolves don't deserve another top pick. Bum franchise.

Bulls got a very important win against the Nets today. Now we’re back to a 1.5 game cushion away from the play ins

After the OKC embarrassment a few writers began talking about tanking/development time. One win against a bum GSW team on a B2B and you see these articles come out

Of course Curry and Green play vs the Hawks today. So many of our "wins" are because star players sit out due to injury or covid. We could have realistically been in the bottom 3 otherwise.

tWo calling the Raptors, "our boys" is totally appropriate. We all want the Raps to be successful. tWo chooses to get stars through the draft and build around that or trade those stars for other stars. An example of the success of this is our 2019 championships where our boys turned DD, Poeltlz and JV (lottery picks) into our championship team.

Team Mediocre chooses to win as many games as possible, even though our boys stink, while hoping to sign a star free agent who will never sign with Toronto. An example of the success of this is ... never, at least with our boys. But Bryan Colangelo and Rob Babcock tried this time and time again. Maybe it will work lol.

Basically we all love the Raptors. tWo (aka Team Success or Team Dynasty) chooses the optimal way of winning that has led us to a championship. The alternatives have not led us to championships. But it's okay. We are all precious and special.

I dont hate anybody.
I acknowledge and thank the lək̓ʷəŋən peoples of the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ First Nations for allowing me to live, work and play on their unceded traditional territories.
