Are we overvaluing Lonzo??

I don’t get why we wouldn’t absorb Bledsoe if that’s all it took. If you really think this kid can be a part of the foundation, then get the foundational piece.

I’d rather let him sit on the books & get the guy I want than pay journeymen vets for the next two seasons

Maybe they’re not as high on Lonzo as reported. If that’s the case, fine.

I don’t believe that rumor in the tweet

Just expressing my logic if Bledsoe is all it took

Me neither, but he has 115k followers, among whom are Zach Lowe, Marc Stein, Aldridge, Amick and our boy Begley. So maybe, just maybe, he knows something and the report shouldn’t just be mockingly dismissed.

LaVar and Kerr went at it and they passed on LaMelo. I could just see it being that GS just didnt have any interest in him. The deal itself sounds made up.

"He called me the Kardashian of basketball," Ball said, still seemingly aggrieved at three-year-old comments Kerr made during a presser once. "All he had to do was call me LaVar Ball and we woulda been fine. I call him the Milli Vanilli because you ain't coaching, you just standing up. I could coach them with my eyes closed."

this is kinda funny though

Everybody doing what they want against Rockets.

He's doing it against everyone.

He's shooting 45% on threes for the year with a 61% TS. 18ppg/36 mins. This while being a ball hawk and decent playmaker. The Grizz are 12+ ppg better with him on the court than off. And he's still only 22.

Melton aka Baby Lowry is awesome.

Well damn

The principle of verticality sounds like particle physics. Does that mean they're looking at foul hunting on jumprs? Both would be good rule changes.

I cannot believe people on here were calling it a bad trade because of his first game.

I can

The only reason it was a bad trade is b/c we didn’t do it. If we did the same exact deal it would LMFRB threads

It's funny. Right after the Magic game someone who hadn't been able to watch asked for a game summary and I, slightly flippantly, but with a hard-truth core posted something like "Vuc is great, Gordon is really good but you wouldn't want him on your team, and Fournier will go to a contender at the deadline".

On Gordon: what I was seeing was that he wanted out from the Magic badly. Looks reborn in Denver over a tiny sample size.

On Vuc. Or are we calling him Vucci man now? Yeah.

On Fournier. I have no idea why he wasn't more sought after.

The Vuc and Fournier trades should put the Bulls and Celtics in front of the Knicks this year. I'm agnostic about whether Vuc would have been the right deal for this Knicks team. Maybe? I can see Vuc and Randle together. (Obviously now that Mitch it out it just makes it more attractive.)

Fournier - I have no idea at all why the FO didn't want him. Seems crazy. The Lakers, Nets and Clippers all seem intent on stacking multiple friends-of-the-stars, once-were-stars 30 year old big men. For .. idk fighting off Gobert and Jokic?

The side comments :rofl2:

I don't understand the PP hate here. Guy's trying to play a nice friendly game of Poker and some thot trying to hustle some $s starts twerking for chips .. and Paul, out of the goodness of his heart, remembers a friend who might need and be able to use an employment opportunity such as that, and does her a good turn by ringing her to try to let her in on the action.

Nothing but laudable actions there, nothing for the wife to complain about either.

Who has a better story?
