Probably only 7-8guys on that list that’s I’d take RJ over, only 2-3 definitely
RJ should be in Edwards spot at the minimum, but he’s the recent #1 pick

Re: Around the NBA - More Blessings For Everyone
There's also nobody on the list that is that good. Again I don't think there's a single clearcut great young player in the NBA to be honest [my bad, Luka]. Zion is ridiculously efficient and productive but he's also losing. So call me back when he wins.
Embiid is the best young player in the NBA [okay it is weird that he's actually older than Randle so he's a prime player rather than young]. I love Tatum but he's not proving dominance. The other guys, like Jaylen and Ingram, are in a big uncertain zone. They're talented but unclear how good ... TO WINNING.
At least a guy like Antet has won big in the regular season, but he hasn't come close to what he needs to be great in the post-season.
[Couple edits, flawed post, but after Luka and maybe Zion, the list is not that great. I maybe put Bam third.]

Luka
Yes, my bad. Luka. I'm old. I put him ahead of all others by a lot.

Luka 1, Zion 2 is right but it's a gap. There's a lot of distance between the two until we see more. Embiid over Zion if we're not just cutting it off at 25 (I get it).
Mitchell has proven it but why did they put LaMelo Ball ahead of him? Whatever. LaMelo does look like he can be special but that's random. LaMelo is ahead of Tatum?
I'd put Bam higher and Murray. Got no problem with Sexton but obviously he has to win too.
I've never seen Booker as that good and I don't think Fox deserves much special mention either yet.
I think you'd have to be crazy to take Allen, Hali, Lonzo or Collins over RJ.

Zion will be the best player in the NBA and better than Luka.
He's a mixture of Shaq and Barkley with some LeBron since he can also run the pick-and-roll as the ball-handler (although not on Bron's level as a jumpshooter or creator).
David Griffin just assembled the worst possible roster around him.
Just wait until Zion plays with a legit point guard who can shoot off the dribble and create more space for the roll. Zion is gonna be unstoppable when that happens, and I mean prime Shaq unstoppable.

yeah, he's generational offensively. he's pretty much unstoppable now and i don't think he's played 82 games yet. but i'm not sure how good a defender he'll ever be.

Think if Embiid can stay healthy they have a legit shot of beating the Nets.

You might be right. His stats suggest you are. But I think maybe it’s his game type and D too. He just scores in ways that may make it harder for him to carry a team to greatness. It’s not like the Pels are a fine tuned machine roster wise but it’s not like they are lacking talent either.

Re: Around the NBA - More Blessings For Everyone
... Ingram is not a shooter but he can shoot. Ball is not the prototypical PG in all ways but he’s a passer and contrary to my earlier statement he’s shooting well from deep over last 2.
They have some size next to him too.
Could use another spot shooter but had that.
Not sure it’s just roster is all I’m saying.
I’d still put much more money on Luka winning a title. And that’s even without Z’s health issues.
