As a coach you have control over the offense the team runs.

The offense we run is isolation, too much standing around, not enough ball movement, it';s a very easy offense to defend, too many ill advised 3's early in the shot clock. offense is out of sync with guys throwing the ball away - maybe make some adjustments to the offense you have the team run?
