Really wonder if the Pacers account is telling us we're gonna run a funky starting lineup

Oh lord, they're starting Doug at PF aren't they

But I'm not going to complain about Goga, Aaron, and Sumner starting

Justin. Historically, whenever Doug and Justin are on the court like this at the same time, Justin has always played the 4, and Doug the 3, even though Basketball Reference.com flips it, simply because their tool assigns position solely based on height of player on the court at any time.

I love how Myles immediately started talking to Goga teaching him how to avoid fouling as soon as Goga went to the bench with two fouls in the first quarter. Myles is just such a great teammate

Gotta say, Goga was great in the 1st quarter. Rebounded ferociously, gave nothing easy to KAT in the 1st and played him tough. Also, looked aggressive on offense and ready to attack. There’s absolutely no reason he shouldn’t play 25 minutes a night the rest of the way, as he definitely is bringing us more at the big spots than overplaying Sabonis/Turner and playing Lamb at the 4.

First thing I noticed, and that it even looked like Canales, the assistant, immediately pointed Goga to Myles, who was ready to teach, when he came off, rather than spending time with him as the coach.

Aaron’s just had a really good 1st half, too. Attacking and decisive, while leaving himself an out.

I won't even mind if they just decide to play with this lineup the rest of the season

The offense has actually been fun to watch. Goga and Aaron playing with a lot more confidence

Timberwolves 13-38 for a reason. Quinn said they have no defensive discipline. I know injuries are part of it but not sure talent there meshes either. 77 point first half and up 21. Aaron Holiday on fire :o and Goga playing good for facing Towns.

We absolutely shouldn’t “tank”, but there’s also absolutely no reason that Sumner, Goga, and Aaron shouldn’t all get 20 or more minutes a night each, Stanley, Martin, and Bowen should all get a short run every night (like a 3 minute run or something once). After that, let the chips fall where they may. If it means that a healthy Sabonis and Brogdon play closer to 32 minutes a night, or Justin/Doug/TJ get closer to 25 minutes a night, etc, then that’s fine. We just need to start seeing what we have on the roster, and give them chances to play and develop a little on the court.

Let's not give up yet. A 500 record is in reach and that'd put us right back in the pack.
