Beal is back. Bertans is 3/4 from 3. No Otto Porter.
The game is already in the 2nd quarter.

So, if we win a game with a 3 PG lineup, does that make it a good lineup?

Rui looks a lot rustier than Beal. Magic are bad, but they do have some young talent in Cole Anthony, R.J. Hampton, Bamba and Wendell Carter.

Okeke is really good as well.

Bertans is hurting the tank.

Yep. They have a promising group of young players.
Thing is we could argue the Wiz also have a group with of young dudes with potential (Rui, Deni, Gafford, Matthews, Bryant in particular). But we have Brooks

Russ about to go nuts after that Flagrant 1. I guess they've already given up on Hutch.

Deni is playing with more confidence tonite. I guess it helps when his 3 ball is dropping (3/4).

Why is Ish getting so much minutes? I can't see him playing. My eyes hurt.

Re: GT #50: Bullets @ Magic 7 PM
Right now he's with 3/6 i think. I want him to do more cuts to the basket in order to make easy layups, 3-pointers aren't his best ability (we all agree he barely can playmake with Beal and Westbrook on-court). At least he kinda involved on offense. Anyway, again his defense is really efficient tonight. Continues with the confidence and the good plays.Frichuela wrote:Deni is playing with more confidence tonite. I guess it helps when his 3 ball is dropping (3/4).

Bamba shooting like Bertans. Will fourth quarter Beal rescue Wiz or will they lose their seventh straight to Magic?

How about Mo Bamba? I've always liked him: wish he was a Wizard.

Even the Wiz can't blow this one to Orlando.
If you really wanted to tank, you'd play a lot of Dei, Rui, Hutch, Bonga. Matthews, Gill Ish or Neto at the point, not at the 2.Even some Winston. Rest Westbrook on back-to-backs and rest Beal every other game.

The Wiz are f’ed either way.
Lose out and win the lottery and pick who with the first pick? Another guard? Isn’t the guard from USC projected to be the best player available? The Wiz need a generational player, preferably a big. I’m not sure that player exists in the next draft.
