Congrats to Devin Cannady for his first NBA steal and first NBA points. No one can ever take it away from him.

If you want the Magic to tank down the stretch, playing both rookie guards in the 4th quarter against two all-star guards is the way to do it.

And I'm not knocking either kid. It's just a tough ask.

it's tank either way if mcw/ennis was out there....in this case it's experience for players that will be apart of the future in some fashion

If this is how we tank moving forward these games are going to be watchable at the very worst.

I hope this is the trend moving forward.

I like seeing the young guys out there at the end before the benches kind of emptied. The Wizards out played The Magic tonight although I do believe a lot of fans wanted this kind of outcome for the Lotto Standings.

Got the loss and the young guys got to play plenty. I was certain that Cliff was coming back with Ennis, Bacon and MCW in the 4th. I'm glad that he did the opposite. Hopefully he will continue to do this in the coming games.

selfish is not the right word... I agree with the context but not the word 'selfish' itself. They're just not PG's and have blinders on. They can make 1 read or score. Anything past that and they get themselves in trouble

One or both of them will be better served playing on the second team. Hopefully we get rid off Ross during the offseason. That would open up shots and roles for them.

I really like what I see from Hampton. Plays hard and quick as hell.

Big L, they should lose the next 5 straight as well. But we know they will pull out a win or 2 probably

So happy to see Cliff finish with the kids. I especially love it for Cole & RJ. Let them go up against this superstar backcourt to see what "great" really is.

Russ having a good possible mentoring chit chat with Cole after the game. Kinda good to see respect for the young guys. Happy to see cole back.... Healthy and all.

Hampton looking better and better. Good game by him.

Hopefully Cliff didn’t play the young guys just so he could destroy them in the postgame presser.

OK taking my tinfoil hat off now.

Wouldn't mind seeing him picking his spots to slow down some. His handle is loose and layups are wild. Also need to see him step up a lot more on defense. Westbrook and Beal were not slowed down at all tonight.

Yes....this is the desired outcome....nobody really wants to tank....it's just for us with all the injuries....no fans.....we're already near the bottom...why not maximize your odds get some top shelf young talent in the draft then reload and compete next season

3 point defense needs work but loss helps us. Washington got good look after good look.
