The Knicks have got this fan base so starved for talent, that folks are always downplaying actual starter caliber players as targets but will go to the mat for journeymen dudes. How many years has this been happening?

These guys are not starters on a good team. They’re not closers on a good team. At best, they’re bench guys who eat minutes to make sure your team doesn’t blow it when the full starting 5 isn’t in.

We have 3 starter caliber guys, all in the front court.

It will be a monumental failure by this organization if they, in typical fashion, don’t put their resources toward the backcourt, but instead get bums to round out the perimeter.

Is it really that hard a concept to grasp for this franchise? You need good guard play to succeed.

Enough is enough. Stop with the bandaids for bullet wounds policy.

Yep the improvement from 3 and from the FT line in 12 months is kinda crazy when you put things into perspective.

Most guys never see such margins of improvement their whole careers.

Still needs to improve in some areas, but RJ's gonna be great for us long-term. If the FO isn't dumb enough to trade him or to push him to leave.

We're in a tailspin and are going to lose more games than any team not called the Pistons

We'll be lucky to win more than a half dozen games the rest of this season

We're now 2.5 games out of 10th place

If we win 25% of our remaining games and the Raptors play .500 it will be a toss-up between the Knicks, Bulls and Raptors for who gets the last playoff spot.

If TO does not play .500 or better then we'll be stuck in the 10th spot. That's the math

RJ is really taking a leap.

He needs a few more ISO moves so he can score 1 on 1.

They’re coming. He misses a few shifty moves each game. Those will drop with time

If Houston offers John Wall for Kevin Knox and the 2021 Dallas FRP, what do you do?

Meh. Indy is 5 games under .500

Still need some kind of boost to cement our 8th seed. Can't believe we're worse than Boston. I really like Randle but he's gotta pick it up if we're to keep our playoff spot.

same can be said about Obi.

Thibs was doing this short leash sh*t to Obi all season, now he's doing it to Quickley too.. its just not a good way to help get young guys confidence back when they know ONE mistake and they're on the bench again..

I'm just at a **** loss for words man.. U have a talented rookie and u stunt his growth for a pg that is gona be in china in a few years.

Imagine starting Elfrid payton and reggie bullock only to end up with the 10th pick.

Thibs does that with intent to win. Stealth tank for sure but the fact Thibs does it is concerning to me.

I read that if we make the playoffs as the 10th seed, we can be in the playoffs AND get #8 pick with a chance of moving into the top 4. This is what I want at this point.

Doubling Tatum and leaving Smart open may be the dumbest play of the season now that I think about it. Wtf was Bullock thinking there? Tatum wasn’t even going off. There was no need to double.
