Check it out, KP went 10-19 and had 23 but had a game-worst -19 in a loss to Rockets.

RJ "Doncic" Barrett relegated to RJ "Timmy" Barrett here

Do you really think a team would give us a Top 10 pick for Randle?
Vuc just landed a potential top 10 pick and Randle is 4 years younger
Vuc is a much more proven player. He is playing at a high level for several consecutive years.
Randle was a negative contract player for under 20M contract past season. At least, teams view him as a difficult player to fit in a team.
Vuc is locked until 2023. Randle can walk next year.
I am not sure if it was a good deal for the Bulls. It appeared more a desperation move. You cant take bad deals as referential. Besides, If Chicago's pick is a Top10 this season, definitely it was not a good deal.
We got a late first and an early second for Marcus Morris when he was expiring and he’s old and didn’t make the all-star team. If we can get anything comparable for Randle in the off-season or next deadline I’m pulling the trigger and feeling pretty good

If Randle is 1 or 2, he's gonna make mistakes. You have to live with that or move him. He's not going to suddenly cut down on running into people, and unless he's got Mitch, his defense AND his team rebounding get exposed.
Don't care about a guy's total rebound stats, Randle loses important rebounds because his body and boxing out are not active. He's passive on the boards and around the rim on D and you pay for it unless you have a really good big next to him.
I don't think you can win with him. Trade him to a team that will give us another pick, vaccinate Elvrid-19, and go from there.
But yeah I'm on a late tank here.
I also wonder how much worse Knox could be tonight than Randle. I realize Randle has had a very productive year but he's a slug.

RJ hitting threes literally at a higher clip (.727) than he used to make FTs.

Brutal. I’m just numb at this point.
it is what it is but I really have no confidence going forward in thibs ability to make any adjustments. He is stubborn to a fault.

The team misses Mitch and a decent starting pg. Davion Mitchell will save us

yep, when they've legit tanked they got RJ and KP, the 2 best players the Knicks have drafted probably since Ewing
when they are a treadmill team that makes a failed playoff attempt, we wind up w/ Frank, Knox, Obi
clearly, one strategy has worked better for the Knicks

Let’s just hope history doesn’t repeat itself and RJ hands them a list of preferred destinations next season because when we miss the playoffs if they can’t put something decent together next year he might just bounce

He should start lining up at 3 point line for his free throws
