This is supposed to be based on Potential. I still love Wiseman's potential.

Sure... but if you're starting 3 or 4 steps behind other guys who've already proven they're getting better...

I'd probably take Wiseman over 10 or more players from that top 25 list.

This is why Anthony Edwards is so low on the list and you guys can’t accept it. Dude is literally the worst nba player on defense

IMHO, Ant is where he should be... maybe a touch higher to be honest

Prior to breaking his wrist, Ball was posting historic numbers for a 19-year-old, and the ease with which he was dissecting NBA defenses stood out even more than the production.

Given his positional size, supernatural vision, elite instincts, creativity, touch and unwavering confidence, Ball has as much long-term upside as anyone in the NBA not named Zion or Luka.

What makes him special can't be taught, and the late-bloomer will likely become even more of a problem for defenses as he matures physically.

They called him a late bloomer... because of his height growth came later than 16? He's only 19. But you know you are reading highly accurate intel and not just hype when they use words like "supernatural".

Ball was having a nice rookie campaign, but putting him 3rd overall is absurd. Edwards was in the process of catching him in ROTY race. I agree with KAT who said Ant will win ROTY and has proved his was the best of the best in his draft class.

No way in hell is Lamelo better or projecting to be better than Trae Young. That literally blew my mind. Young is averaging 28 ppg & 9.5 apg since the halfway point of his rookie year but he is 16th on that list. Complete garbage

Young average like 19 points and 8 assists his rookie season and Miles Bridges belongs no where near the top 50 let alone top 25 lol.

The writers are no brighter than anyone else, no less apt to go with the most recent hyped players. It's just a talking piece they do for their job and it feeds sports talkers everywhere. It's almost better for everyone if it's bonkers. I agree it looks like garbage to me overall.

I was just curious which 10 players you'd take Wiseman over on their list.

Just for you Abe I looked it over and here's the list I would drop below Wiseman. It was 6 not 10.

Second half of his rookie season Trae Young averaged 27 points and 9 assists.
