Id say we should easily win this, but id be fooling myself. After that 7-1 stretch I was preparing myself for a 6 game losing streak. Get ready, it won't be KAT/Edwards surprising us, its going to be some random no name dropping 25.

If Kings find a way to lose tonight I would seriously consider sitting Fox for a decent amount of games. I doubt that happens, but if they lose this we shouldn't hold out any hope they'll make the play-in and draft position becomes the most important thing to consider imo.

This looks like a game Fox is either going to win or lose. Can't get stops so it'll come down to whether he can finish it off or not.

Can we just tank now? This team clearly needs another top end talent.

Lol hernangomez with 19/7 after averaging 6/4 for the year. It's always some no name guy.

Walton needs to go

Bad outing. This team needs more talent. Fox can’t do it all.

Haven’t been here for a quick minute.

My thoughts still remain the same. This team is fools gold. No matter what “win streak” they are on, they always on cue to fall down. They always get complacent and look absolutely terrible.

The fact that they double down on their ridiculous goal in getting into the playoffs shows how stupid this franchise is. This team is a bad lotto team. The moment they didn’t try to bottom out is the day they added to the 15 straight years of suckitude.

I was listening to the Mismatch podcast. They were talking about these bad losses (Minnesota and Detroit) when the Kings are trying to get into the play-in tournament.

They said Luke will be blamed, whether right or wrong. In fact he may want to bail now that his alma mater job has opened up.

Firing Luke or him leaving would just paper over the player personnel decisions.

Kings have drafted in the top 5 twice, got a PG with all-NBA level talent in Fox but didn't pick Luka. So now they have to look at whether to extend Bagley after next season or let him walk. Or they can give him a big contract and hope to trade him later.

But they already have Hield, whose contract they have to move.

They let Bogdanovic walk for nothing IIRC.

They're going to get a mid-level lottery pick unless they really tank or go on a hot streak with about 20 games left in the season.

For the young players on the roster, I can understand at least trying to get in the play-in tournament. Even if they don't do well, at least give them a taste of it.

The difference in the draft order may be between say a #8 and a #13-16 pick.

At what point do you lose the fan base?
