Is keon the latest flavor of the month? Why are people so high on him now when a month ago I think it was Moody? lol

Thoughts on Tre Mann? I'm not sure he's a lead guard in the NBA but as off-guard i think potential is there......

Maybe we can draft and stash Vuc for a couple years, with a second round pick.

Might cause some chemistry issues if we add another young backup PG. Between Cole and RJ, there is already some competition. I do love his handle and ability to create space for his own shot. Love his change of direction and aggressive attack mentality.

In that draft range, I'd rather we take someone like Quentin Grimes. A Danny Green type. He's 20 years old, so he's unlike the 18 years olds who are still trying to figure out who they are... An older prospect who has an NBA ready frame and knows how to play to his strengths is a better natural fit for us. The shooting is still a desperate need for us. This is the guy on top of my Round 2 wish list.

Pretty much this except switch kuminga and mobley

Not a fan of Kuminga for this team, hes too similar to 2014 Aaron Gordon, 6'8 Freak Athlete PF with some (aka limited) point-forward skills and a underdeveloped offensive game who got by by being more physically gifted than everyone else....Funny enough both are\were compared to Shawn Marion coming out, which i dont get at all

I hate the idea of building around another center, and im really liking what im seeing from WC, but mobley is the best center prospect to come out since KAT and i think is going to become just as dominate. I think we need to find a go-to scorer first and foremost (green!), but if we are sitting at 4 and the top 3 picks are Cade and the Jalens, then to me its an easy choice between Kuminga, Mobley, keon, barnes....Im taking BPA and thats mobley

I know nothing about this guy but hell, he's a Serb so I'll draft and stash. I don't know what they put in the water there but they produce some ballers!

Same here, I'm tired of us zagging when the league is zigging, we need some legit wing talent.

Why does that even matter? That's like saying you would rather take Dame Lilliard and Paul George over Joel Embiid or Nikola Jokic.

A Franchise player is a franchise player. Especially a team like the Magic. BPA regardless...

Same, thats why my ideal draft would involve us getting Green and then another scoring wing with our chicago pick, but still im not passing on mobley for a lesser talent just for position. If anything, you use the top 5 pick to get the best player available, and then fill the wing need with the chicago pick

Dont know anything about this guy, but i REALLY believe our 2nd rounder will either be sold off again, or used on a stash

Next year we will have 2 rookie 1st rounder, 2 guys coming back from injuries, thats 4 roster spots added to the current roster. We will also have Okeke, Cole and hampton entering their 2nd years and WCjr\Bamba coming in at 22 yo.....i cant imagine WeHam and cliff are gonna be ok bringing in a 3rd rookie, even if that guy is a top 35 pick

Same here. That is why i was asking if anyone else here think that we draft and stash a Euro guy or use it to package into a deal for a B type star player.

Il join you in this bandwagon. If we are "forced" to settle for Mobley then Im down with it. Dont trade down. Use the CHI pick for the highyl touted wing player outside the top5.

Besides as someone has said, big men takes time to develop. Look at Dwight. And withe the injury history of our current big men ( JI Bamba WCJ ) then... why not?

Thought experiment. Let's say the Pelicans win the lottery, slotting the Magic down to 5 and 10, would those two FRPs in a deep draft - and Ross be enough for the overall #1? Maybe. And it is something both teams would think hard about.

That said: I still like Green more than Cunningham, but so long as the Magic get either of those two or Moody as some sort of outcome in this draft, I am happy with all such scenarios.

i think weham want only 2 way players and i think Green will struggle on the defensive end

We definitely have the ammunition to trade up if we miss on the 1st spot

How about Gang Green for people who want to draft Green? So suck for Suggs, Fade for Cade, and Gang Green.

Cade
Suggs
Green
Mobley
Kuminga

Dwight put up 16/12 his 2nd year, 18/12 his 3rd year, 21/14 his 4th. that isnt taking long to develop.

The way things are looking with our Center being injury prone .., Think we need to draft a C with our 36th second round pic ... Would love to have Green and J Johnson with our two first round picks
