Please do not rush Myles back. Last thing we need is to screw up his injury

Let him take as much time as he needs to recuperate

He'll eventually have surgery. If he wants to play with pain and the doctors say it won't make surgery more difficult, I'm okay with it.

Indy is leading the league with fewest games missed due to Covid. Jakarr missed 2 games for protocols earlier this season, which is our only time missed.

Injuries alone have killed us. I would assume that if we had a big Covid outbreak in the locker room earlier in the year, we’d have already seen a “stealth tank”, as we’d probably be another 5-10 games lower than we are and more in the 3-8 range of draft picks.

He writes and podcasts on indycornrows.com but this is a guest appearance on a national pod. it is an interesting listen regardless of how you rate their opinions.

Atlanta beat Washington again. Lots of possibilities open.

The team has already secured a spot in the play in games though, so I'd rather they rest some of the starters, instead of continuing to play Domas and LeVert 40 minutes a game

Or at the very least cut back on their playing time. We don't need one of them getting injured and missing half of the season next year

I wouldn't rush Brogdon, Myles, or Lamb back but 8th is much better than 9th so I wouldn't sit LeVert and Sabonis unless or until passing Charlotte is not possible.

I would assume Myles is done for the season, unofficially. He has yet to practice, or even really shot that he could return anytime soon to the practice court. Lamb has been practicing, and Brogdon is mostly active at practice, too.

Even if we lose a pick, we still have a first and two seconds. Brimah and Stanley are on 2 ways. Sampson, TJ, and Doug are free agents. I expect the FRP to take Sampson's spot unless Doug gets an offer we must refuse. One second competes with Brimah or just takes his 2 way. The other???

LeBron is playing today. A loss drops our ceiling to 9th.

Sure. But our 2nd will be worth more than both of the other 2nds combined, via trade.

I would assume that the late 2nds (if we keep any of them, and don’t just sell them for cash like we have in the past), will simply get exhibit 10’s for camp tryouts, and will compete with Stanley/Brimah for 2 way spots.

None of those odds look great, but 11th is at least markedly better than 12th or 13th

9.4% isn't a lot, but not trivial either
