Philly wins 7-6 on a controversial call in the 9th inning of a time game, with one out and a runner on 3rd, Gregorious hits a shallow fly to left filed, Ozuna makes the catch and throws home, there is a play at the plate, Bohm was called safe all though his foot never touched the bag. They reviewed for several minutes, replay showed Bohm's foot never touched the bag, the call of safe on the field was upheld.

How in the hell can you make that call in the 9th inning of a time game??

Terrible terrible terrible call. How did they not see that his foot was clearly off the ground at the only time that it was possibly over the plate? How is that inconclusive?

And frankly, looking at it in regular speed, it looked obvious that he was out.

It's just bizarre that they could get this wrong - with replay! The replay officials who made this decision should be reassigned. Even Phillies fans are admitting they got away with one.

Braves had a 3-1 victory all but locked up, before the bullpen showed up. Minter 3 straight walks in the 8th, then Nate Jones first pitch he throws results in game tying 2 run dbl. He proceeds to walk 2 batters before the inning is up. 5 walks and 2 runs for the Marlins in the 8th.
Will Smith still isn't earning that big contract and Jacob Webb sucks, 2 runs allowed in the 10th.

I said it during the 4 game losing streak and I'll say it again, letting all 3 of O'Day, Greene and Melancon go, will bite AA in the asse. It already is. While he made the rotation much stronger this offseason, he also made the bullpen much worse.

Marlins win 14-8. The Braves gave Fried a 3 run lead early, but in the innings that followed he allowed 8 runs and a couple of HRs. Back to back starts from him of 4 innings or less and 5+ runs allowed. His era is currently the worst in the Majors.
He'll be getting an MRI on one of his hamstrings after appearing injured running the bases after hitting a double.

Pache is headed to the IL with a groin strain.

Max Fried has been sent for an MRI on his right hamstring.

Fried tweaked the hamstring while running from second to third base in the bottom of the fourth inning Tuesday night against the Marlins. He had already surrendered eight runs -- seven earned -- over four frames versus Miami, so he might not have been brought out for the top of the fifth anyway. Look for an update on Wednesday. If the imaging reveals any type of strain, Fried is sure to be placed on the IL.

Not a good game at all for all of those reasons. Any idea how long Pache will be out?

Marlins win 6-5 F/10. Morton like Fried didn't have a good night, allowed 5 runs. The Braves were able to tie the game late, before the bullpen allowed the winning run in the 10th.

I hope we can avoid a 5 game losing streak this afternoon, but I'm doubtful on that.

The Braves score late to avoid the 4 game sweep and 5 game losing streak. If it wasn't for Acuna and Panda, this team would be 0-13.
